10. It's Up To You

It was late at night in Wonderland, and Ten was standing outside on the balcony in his room.

Just thinking about how the war between the two kings would go. Knowing that he, himself, would have to fight the Red King. Ten starts staring into space, not noticng the pair of arms that rested themselves onto his waist.

"What's on your mind? You've been daydreaming quite often now." Johnny said with a smile. Those words startled Ten, making him whip around and accidentally slapping the older on the cheek.

"Johnny! Don't scare me like that!" Ten shouts before wrapping his arms around the tallers neck and burying his face in the crook of his neck. Johnny chuckles and wraps his arms around the younger. The two have gotten very close in the past few days.

All of a sudden, Ten lets out a heavy sigh, releasing himself from the hug. He looks up and his eyes meet with a concerned gaze.

"What's wrong?" Johnny asked. Worry filled his voice.

"It's just that," Ten trailed off. "I don't know if I could face the Red King in a battle." Ten admits, looking up at Johnny.

Johnny takes a seat on the bench near them.

"You don't have to if you truly don't want to." Johnny pats the spot next to him.

"But Johnny, Wonderland is in danger. I'm their last hope." Ten sits down and lays his head on Johnny's shoulder.

No one said anything after that, just pure silence.

"I'll do it." Ten says out nowhere, startling the male besides him. Johnny faces Ten.

"Are you sure?" Johnny asked.

"Mhm." Ten get out.

"Alright then." Johnny gets up, followed by Ten.

"Goodnight, Ten." Johnny pulls Ten into a hug.

"You too, hyung." Ten mumbles into Johnny's neck.

Johnny leaves Ten's room and starts his walk back to his room. Smiling at the thought of the shorter male.

He reached his room and decides to wash up. He finishes still with a smile on his face.

He lays down with a smile, but that smile soon turns into a slight frown. He was worried about the younger, he was worried that the younger felt stressed about the whole war ordeal. But his mind starts to drift off, thinking about how the younger called him hyung for first time. Thinking about how adorable his smile is, and how small and cute his figure is. That's when he knew that he, Johnny, has fallen for the cute boy.

Johnny soon falls asleep, still with a soft smile on his face.

Ten closes the door after Johnny leaves. Sighing as he sits down on his bed.

Ten gets up and starts to get ready for bed, mind still focused on the war with the Red King that would take place two weeks from now.

He mind started to drift off as well, thinking about the older. Thinking about how he cared about him. About how he handsome he looked when he smiled. And at that exact moment, he knew that he had fallen for The Mad Hatter.

Ten starts to drift off into sleep, same as Johnny, with a soft smile on his face.
