MM of Kee...

Kee POV

     When I walked in the door the aroma of candy yams and turkey chops hit me. I dropped my stuff in the living room and headed towards the kitchen. The closer I got the louder I heard laughter. "I wonder who here" I said to myself because we rarely have company. I stood in the doorways shocked. Sitting at the table laughing together was my gma nd her one and only daughter my mother. I just stood there since they didn't see me.

Gma POV

     I was in the kitchen cooking my favorites when my daughter came knocking on my door. Yes I have been talking to her alot lately. She has been getting way better and I like where she at now. Its a lot going on that Kee just don't know about I guess we'll talk soon.

Nyla: " So mom how you feeling today?"

Me: " I've been good babygirl thanks for asking.. So how was your day??"

Nyla: " Thats good mom. An today was interesting. I finally took your advice and called Kee today."

Me: " Okaee that's good baby, and how that go??"

Nyla: " Kind of uncomfortable buh we talked and she told me I can call anytime."

Me: " Did you tell her about her moving with you?"

Nyla: " Yes but she didn't respond she just left for practice."

Some time later

Me: " I remember when you put your cousins dog in the freezer!!" We started laughing so hard like we literally couldn't stop laughing...

Kee: " What's going on here?" She asked causing me and Ny to look in her direction. We must've been laughing so loud that we didn't hear her come in..

Me: " Hey baby how was your day?"

Kee: " Good, gma wats going on?" She asked looking between me and her mother, than at the stove.

Me: " Why you ask that?" I asked her trying to act like nothing was up.
