Sebastian had been listening in on the conversation. He had been trapped in the prison world with kai. He was acted as a play doll for whenever kai was bored. He knew if the twins and Hope went up against kai they would never win. Not with a weapon strong enough to kill death in the flesh, and an ego almost as ruthless as the devil himself. He couldn't let Lizzie be killed. So if Hope had to be a fully activated tribrid to save them all, so be it.

Alaric: WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO.
Sebastian: Oh bloody shut up she'll be up soon
Alaric: ARE YOU KIDDING, oh my god hope. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO HER CHOICE.
Sebastian: No, it was never her choice and you know it. Hope becoming a vampire was inevitable, even if it happened in 80-90 years, though that'd be unfortunate, no one likes a wrinkly vampire am i right. I can't let Elizabeth die because of some stupid deal you made.

Alaric looked at Sebastian in disgust.

Lizzie ran into the room

Lizzie: HOPE! Oh my god what happened?
(She looked at Sebastian) What did you do?
Sebastian: Just gave her a little power boost to help her win this fight.
Lizzie: SO YOU KILLED HER. SEBASTIAN HOW LOW HAVE YOU GONE?
Sebastian: YOUR FATHER THREW ME INTO A PRISON WORLD WITH THAT MANIAC. HE NEEDS TO DIE. HOPE BEING A TRIBRID IS THE KEY TO THAT. ITS HIS FAULT WE'RE IN THIS MESS. Maybe if he dealt with improper students in a better way I wouldn't have had to kill hope.
