Chapter 7

Makoto sorta went to the office, explaining that he and Leon will be taking a day off from school. The women in front nodded, now marking him and Leon as absent... But due to them both feeling sick.

She smiled, now explaining that they are both off for 2 days. 

Two days huh?... 

Makoto began walking over to Leon's dorm but then heard some coughing. It was Leon who was coughing in the dorm, so Makoto decided to check it out. "Leon?... Are you alright?..." The redheaded looked over, now tilting his head "Uhh, Yeah I'm alright?... I was drinking some water until I choked for a split second-" He muttered, now sighing. "Sorry about that..". Makoto sighed in relief and thought something else happened besides that excuse or whatever, "It's alright, you just got me concerned about you all week-" He muttered. But the redhead sorta spaced out on the worrying part.

He worried Makoto?...

Nobody worries about him so what's the problem now?...

A small faded voice was calling Leon, but then he snapped out of his trance and realized it was Makoto calling him from spacing out. So Leon flinched a bit and sorta laughed nervously.

"Yeah Naegi? Sorry about that I was sorta spaced out-" He chuckled nervously now before Makoto huffed and crossed his arms. "You seriously got to get that checked out soon?... Cause either you have a focusing problem, or you're just too good at spacing out-" He laughed a bit, now Leon punching his arm playfully. "Naegi!-" He whined, now heat spreading his face.

Makoto giggled now looking at the other with his green olive eyes, "Jeez Leon, You're easy to tease you know?... Take it as a compliment!" Smile.

Compliment?... 

But usually when others say a compliment... It's not true...

They only say it based on his stats... But this is Makoto... So obviously he believed the other!

Leon went silent before suddenly pulling Makoto into his arms, hugging him tightly. The brunette's eyes widened in surprise, and then looked at the other concerned. "L-Leon?..." He muttered, now hoping the other would explain for his actions...

"L-Leon?...." He repeated, now bright red blush spread across his face. Leon didn't realize what he did until he snapped out of his trance one again, now pushing the other away immediately. "A-AH! Sorry, Naegi! I got out of hand..." He mumbled, placing a hand around the back of his neck, now rubbing it softly. Makoto shook his head and then grabbed the other by the shoulders, "I-Its okay!! I-It's not y-your fault!" He spoke up. 

Leon nodded, now looking away from Makoto. "So since we are both sick... Guess I better call my parents about this," The brunette nodded but then sighed, "I don't know where are my parents honestly... And the only one who I live with is with my sister Komaru..". Leon raised a brow and had a sudden thought.

If Makoto has a sibling... She has to help him with a certain uh...

Topic! Yeah... (*admin coughs in hearing a lie*)

"I might walk over to my house Leon, See you around?-" The brunette looked up at the male who seemed to be suddenly close. "No! Wait! Let me tag along pleaseeee-" He begged, Makoto giggled a bit before nodding. "Okay Okay... Let's go!" Smile.

The two grabbed their belongings, now walking off from the school...

A brunette... and a redhead who seemed popular wherever they went...
