Chapter Two:
Me, Myself, and I
~
Anger.
Step Two.
Get a piece of paper out, right now.
Now.
I'll wait.

Okay, you got your paper?
Right down everything he's ever done wrong and number it.
Nothing good about him.
Just everything bad.
Okay, now get a different piece of paper.
Now write down the level of wrong he's done on the same number of what it was.
For example:
1. Lied.1. 9.9/10
2. Ignored me. 2. 3.2/10
3. Cheated.3. 10/10
Good. Now, go get a picture of him.
If you don't have one, rip a picture of you both in half.
Put a circle on his head and nine outer rings after that.
In all, you should have ten rings.
Start from the inner most rings and count back wards from ten.
Write the numbers.
Go get something sharp.
A knife.
A dart.
Anything.
Hang up your picture of him.
Take five steps back.
Aim for the numbers you wrote down on your second piece of paper,
and shoot.
Just do that over and over again.
It'll make you feel better.
Right now, your blaming him.
You've realized he's not going to call you.
He didn't care that he's don't anything wrong.
He's over you.
He's most likely talking to another girl, already.
He's done.
And after everything you've ever been through,
he doesn't care.
Make him pay for not caring.
Because in the end, I can assure you that you are going to have yourself there. No matter what.
You will always be there.
You will have; me, myself and I.
Take a vow to yourself that you will be your own best friend.
You won't let a guy take your heart out like that again.
You will give yourself approval, and denial when it comes to guys.
From now on.
You are not taking anyone's shit.
In the end; everyone's going to disappoint you, so you just have to count on yourself.
And I'm not talking about your girlfriends that you tell everything to, I'm talking about guys only.
And odds are,
even his own best friend tried warning you of what he was going to do.
Step two,
Trust yourself, no guy can break that trust.
