The matches for the day were over, and you happily stood up after a while of cheering for your favorite team, the San Francisco Shock. You readjusted your Nevix Jersey, it was a season one Jersey. He was your favorite player, but of course, he wasn't getting much playtime this season, at all. It was upsetting to you, but at least the other team members are also fun to watch. Though you always made sure to watch Nevix's streams, and generally they were of a smaller audience; so you would talk to other people and occasionally he would answer your questions and stuff. It always gave you butterflies in your stomach whenever he would respond to something you said. You also played off-tank, so you would always learn something new every time you watched one of his streams.

Today, you were really excited though. You were hoping that you'd finally get to see him! The Shock was having a meet and greet, and you obviously made your way over there quickly.

You turned the corner and peeked at all of the Shock players. Super, Sinatraa, and Moth were all surrounded by a bunch of American fans who were all ecstatic to meet them. You couldn't blame them; those three were awesome! The Korean players stuck together, signing stuff for fans, smiling wide, and happily greeting more fans. You looked around, hoping to find Nevix. He was no where to be seen. You thought that one of his teammates would know, so you decided while you were asking them where Nevix went, you could probably grab a few pictures with them. After making your way through the crowd a bit, you found yourself next to Rascal. You shyly began to talk to him,

"H-hey, do you know where N-Nevix went- uh sorry to be a bother... uh-" Rascal looked up and thought for a second,

"Hmm... actually-" he looked around for a bit, clearly confused,

"I don't know. He was over there, but..." he pointed at a chair that had no one in it, he continued,

"Maybe he went down that hallway, he might've tried to slink away. He figures that none of the fans know him anyways." Rascal peeked down at your jersey, then looking back to at your face,

"Seems like he was wrong." You thanked Rascal, getting in a quick selfie with him.

You quickly headed toward the hallway that Rascal pointed you towards, in search of Nevix.

Soon enough, you saw him sitting in a chair outside of the men's bathroom. He was looking at something on his phone while humming the Overwatch theme. He seemed bothered about something.

You gulped nervously, and slowly walked over to him. Your voice was quiet and small,

"H-hey... uh you're Nevix r-right?" Nevix quickly turned his head over to you, looking at your jersey. His face quickly became a bit guilty,

"Oh yeah, I'm Nevix. I'm so, so, sorry I made you look for me. Uh- I just didn't expect..." he scratched the back of his neck and blushed a bit.

"Didn't expect anyone to- you know, want to talk to me." He sighed and looked back down and rested his head in his hand. You smiled at him and ruffled his hair a bit,

"Oh cheer up bud! Having less fans doesn't necessarily make you worth less! I'm sure you'd have plenty of fans if they would let you take the stage." He nodded a bit, and turned his attention back to you,

"Thanks, I appreciate that... a lot. You can call me Andreas by the way, or Andre for short." You blushed a tiny bit, he's letting you call him by his real name? Wow. You grinned,

"Oh that's gonna take a while to get used to..."

"Hmm? Why?" You scratched your cheek,

"Well I watch all of your streams and I've always called you Nevix..." a surprised look came over his face,

"You watch my streams?"

"Yeah, why? I play off-tank too, and I've learnt a lot from watching you!" His cheeks turned a bit pink,

"Oh u-uh. I d-didn't expect someone so dedicated..."

"It's not much, really! I've just been with you for a while, and I wouldn't stop watching you, even for a million dollars!" That made him smile, and he continued to blush.

"U-uh, oh. Well, that- that makes me happy."

"I just hope you understand that there are plenty of other people out there like that."

"Well, this conversation made me feel a lot less forgotten and lonely. Thanks a lot. I owe you one. A-anyways, do you want the jersey signed?" Your eyes lit up,

"Yes please!" You took off your jersey, leaving you in just an undershirt and you handed him the jersey. Andre began looking around for a table or something to sign it on.

"Uhm... oh!" He led you over to a little table that was at the end of a hallway against a corner. He placed down the jersey on the table, and leaned over, writing his signature under the 'San Francisco Shock'. He smiled and turned back over to you.

"First time I've done that in a while." You thanked him again, and slipped the jersey back on. You took a picture with him, and said bye, excited to talk to him again when he streamed. He stopped you before he could go,

"H-hey uh, I hope t-this doesn't seem weird or anything but- c-can you give me your Discord? I'd like to talk to you again." On the inside, you were freaking out, but you tried to calmly tell him your tag.

"Oh it's uh (y/u/n)-" he smiled and typed it into a notes app on his phone. You grinned back and said,

"Hey, well, why don't you come out with the rest of the guys, eh?" He nodded and followed closely behind you out to the rest of the guys.
