It's a relaxing sunday in Y/n's apartment. Work was off her hands, and she has the entire day to do whatever she wants. So far, Y/n has slept in for a while and ate cereal on the sofa. As time passed by, Y/n would occupy herself with her dog, phone, or watch some movies on Disney+. In the middle of watching Tangled, Y/n received a phone call from her best friend.

"Hello?" she said into the phone.

"Hey Y/n! Want to meet us at the mall?" her best friend said.

"I would, but i'm having such a great time indoors."

"Come on, Y/n. You know you want to go."

"Actually, I don't."

"Just come."

"Ugh! Fine!" Y/n said. "I'll be there soon."

Y/n got herself together lazily. She didn't want to leave her house, but the last time she saw her best friend was months ago. Y/n quickly got herself together. She wasn't trying too much, so she simply worse ripped jeans, a fitting off the shoulder crop top, and some white nike air shoes. On top of that, it's pretty warm in LA. she grabbed her mini backpack and keys before heading out the door.

After Y/n drove there, she met up with her best friend in the spot they've met up since they were in high school. Y/n greeted her best friend, y/bsf/n, at the little table between the fountain and the starbucks, their meet up place.

Soon after their greeting, they went around and shopped. They stopped in a couple of stores to shop around talk about everything going on and everything they've been through together. Y/n remembers when y/bsf/n was in a dark state for while, and Y/n did her best to provide for her. She even took up two jobs to provide for her best friend while her best friend was going through some family trauma. Y/n remembers how it was rough to go through for her, but Y/n still remained by her side to take care of her through it all. She helped y/bsf/n get back on her feet, and she is now happy to see her best friend back out there.

The day went by quickly as the sun was setting slowly. The girls grabbed a bit to eat before deciding to go to one more store before they depart ways. Out of nowhere, Y/n saw her ex walk up to the both of them. He sat down next to y/bsf/n, wrapping around around her.

"Hey babe," he kissed her cheek.

"Hi baby!" her best friend said happily.

Y/n's mouth dropped as her eyes widened...After all this time...

       About a year ago, Y/n and y/xbf/n was in a happy three year relationship. All was well until he broke up with her. Very soon after the break up, one of his guy friends came clean snitched on him and told her he was cheating on during the relationship. All of this completely overwhelmed Y/n, and she broke down. She was so in love with that it shattered her to bits and pieces. She wouldn't eat, she refused to leave the house, and she would cry constantly. The only people who were there to get her through it was her family...

        It came to her. Everything just hit her right now, and she couldn't believe it. The entire time she was with y/xbf/n, he's actually been dating her best friend. She shook her head thinking she's just assuming, so she had an idea to get her evidence.

Y/n put on a fake smile, "So how long have you two been dating?"

"About three years," y/xbf/n said.
