The Move

Kaylee's POV

We started the 3 day drive to LA. I drove my car, Kelsey drove her car and mom dad and Bryce drove moms car. We made it to Iowa before we had to stop for gas. Once we were fueled up we continued the drive down to LA. We got to the other side of Nebraska before we stopped for the night. I took a pic of me in Nebraska and posted it on snap chat and texted Stacy. I missed her already. I missed Nate too. I was not looking forward to moving to LA but I was very happy for my mom.

The next morning we checked out of the hotel we stayed at and started driving again. We made into Colorado before stopped for the second night. This drive was the longest journey ever, but I have to say I love the view. We started driving again. We made into Cali just before sunset. Mom decided we were stopping for the night in a town called Napa. We got a room and went to sleep. We woke up at 7am to finish the drive to our new house. After checking out of our hotel we made the last leg of the trip. We made it to LA and I saw so many kids running around. There were young kids and teenagers just running through the streets. Great! I thought to myself.

We finally arrived at our new house. I have to say it is huge. The garage got all 3 cars in it with room for a 4th car. We all got out of our cars and went inside the house. "Ok guys choose your rooms just remember the master bedroom is mine," mom told us before we ran off to choose rooms. I got upstairs and the first room on the right was perfect for me. The walls were pink and the carpet was black. It had a walk in closet. I loved the new house I just missed Stacy and Nate. I took a quick selfie and posted it on Snapchat before heading down to start moving in.

6 long hours later we got everything moved into the house. My bed and dresser was in my room as well as many many boxes. My mom decided to order pizza for supper so we could unpack everything. I had unpacked most of my clothes before the pizza arrived. We went down to eat dinner. "Ok kids tomorrows gonna be an early morning, your father is taking you to get registered for school. Kelsey and Kaylee you guys have to look out for each other. Bryce behave yourself," mom told us. After supper we all went to bed.

The next day we got woke up early. I brushed my hair and put on some light make up. Once i finished my hair and make up I got dressed. I decided to wear my pink plaid skirt with my white skull shirt and leather jacket. I also put on my black boots. Once I was dressed I went downstairs to get ready to register for school. Once everyone was ready we went and registered for school. "Alright girls we will see you tomorrow," said the principal at the high school. As we were leaving we walked past these two boys with icy blue eyes.

Once we were all registered for school, dad took us out for lunch. After we ate we went back home and finished unpacking our rooms. Mom got home around 7pm and by then dad had already made us supper. "Come down here really quick kids," mom yelled up the stairs. We all ran down to see what was up. "So I know we just moved in and everything but I have to go on a business trip. Your father is coming with me so you guys will be alone for a couple weeks. Now don't worry I'm not leaving for a few days but I expect you guys to be on your best behavior and girls, watch you brother while I'm gone. Yes Bryce that means your sisters are in charge," she told us with a smile. I looked at Kelsey and smiled.

We went upstairs and headed to bed since we had school tomorrow. My alarm started buzzing the next morning. I shut it off and got ready for school. I threw on my faded jeans and black shirt with my cowgirl boots. After I finished getting ready I headed to my first day at a new school. I got to the school and barely found a parking spot. Once I got parked I started walking towards the school. As I entered the school I saw the two boys with icy blue eyes again walking towards the office. I continued to my locker. When I finally found my locker, it was next to a cute boy with dark brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a beanie and had his nails painted black.
