For A
You need to handle this with care.
Don't just rip it from my chest,
Or expect me to wear it upon my sleeve.I have a rib cage for a reason,
It's to stop my heart from running off,
From putting itself out there to be hurt. Can I trust you with it...
My heart?
Would you handle it with care?
If you held it in your hands,
Would you be afraid to even breathe?
Or would you rip it apart? My heart is not just some toy,
It may seem nice to hold,
but it's fragile.
Drop it,
It's shattered.
Handle it rough,
It'll come out bruised and broken.I will give you my heart.
All I ask is you,
Handle it with care.
Just as I will yours.
