chapter 5- Just forget

"Kian stop!" I scream followed by some laughter from both Kian and I.

We are at the beach with Allison and Nathan who started dating like a week ago. Everything was going great until kian decided to run up to where I was sitting in the sand talking to Allison and pick me up and sling me over his shoulder.

He's running farther into the water as I struggle to get free from his grasp.

The water is now up to Kian's waist and he suddenly stops moving.

"Kian, dont." I say trying to sound serious but I struggle to hold back some giggles.

"Don't what?" He asks sounding mostly clueless except for the laughs that keep coming from his mouth.

"Kian please? I'm serious do not." I say and just as I do I feel my self being lifted from his shoulder and thrown into the water.

I let out a scream before I feel the cool water hit my face. I immediately jump up so I am now above the surface trying to catch my breath. "Kian!" I yell still laughing.

I look up a Kian who is just staring at me with a grin on his face.

It soon disappears as he turns and starts running towards the shore knowing I'm going to get back at him. I chase after him

and soon catch up. The water is only halfway up to his knees when I finally reach him.

I jump on his back causing us both to fall since he wasn't expecting it. We are both laughing uncontrollably now. I don't know how but when we fell I landed on my back and Kian on top of me.

He looks down at me still smiling. "This is how we met." He reminds me after our laughter has calmed a bit.

"Yeah except YOU tackled ME." I say back.

We stare at each other for a few more seconds before we both start to lean in I soon realized what's happening and with all of my strength push kian and roll us over so I am now on top of him, straddling his waist.

He raises an eyebrow before saying, "I think I like this position better." I roll my eyes then climb off of him. I stand up extending a hand to help him up, which he takes. As I try to help him he almost pulls me down due to the fact that he's larger than me.

I walk to the beach then sit back down next to Allison. Kian sits next to me and for about an hour we all four sit and talk about random things.

By the time we decide to leave my body is dry so i slip my black shorts and gray cardigan back on so now you can just see a little of my black bikini top.

We stop at McDonald's on the way home and get some food from the drive thru.

Kian and I are in the back of the car while Allison drives and Nathan is in the passenger seat.

Its quiet and peaceful. We drop off Nathan at his house. Both Nathan and Allison get out so for about 5 minutes its just Kian and I.

"So..." I say trying to break the awkward silence but only making it more always between us.

He scratches the back of his neck. "Did I make this awkward? What I told you a couple weeks ago?"

"what do you mean?" I ask. "It just seems like it's awkward now. You barely talk to me and when you do and we start having fun you shut down and it goes back to awkward." He says. When he's done I have no idea what to say so I just look down at my lap and start fumbling with my hands.

I can tell he's about to say something but before he does Allison opens the door and jumps in the car. Leaving me full of wonder as to what he was gonna say.

We get to Kian's house not long after leaving Nathan's.

He opens the door and gets out loud the car. I think he's about to close the door and just leave without saying anything to me but he doesn't. Instead, he turns around. "Can I talk to you?"

Without a response I get out of the car and walk to the front yard with him.

He stops in the middle of the yard, I do the same as I wait for him to tell me whatever it is he wants to tell me.

"I know that I made this awkward,and I don't want it to be so, lets just forget about everything I said and move on. I will give you time if you need it but I do not want to lose you. Your already pretty distant. So how much time do you need?"

I stand there speechless. I don't know why but it hurt when he said he could forget that he ever had feelings for me, maybe its because ice recently discovered I feel the same and every second I spend with him the stronger those feelings get.

"I don't need time Kian, I just want to go back to how we were, how we are when I forget about the day at the park. That's all I need." I tell him. I step forward and give him a hug. "Call me tomorrow." I tell him as I walk back to the car and get inside, leaving him in his yard alone.

A/N

I know this is short, and not as good but, I was rushing and I will have an update tomorrow as well so... Please dont hate me for this dumb pointless chapter.

Its more like a filler chapter so yeah sorry.
