It had been a week since Peter had captured the Venom Symbiote, and he woke up to hear screaming outside of his house, he quickly leaves his bedroom to notice Mj and his Daughter gone, worried for their saftey, he quickly turns on the tv to see what's happening, and is immediately shocked by the fact it's a red and black scrawny version of venom, calling himself "carnage" causing... well, Carnage! He quickly checks on the venom symbiote, worried that it had escaped, and become carnage, but was even more shocked by the fact that it was still there, though doing what it always did when it noticed him looking at it, try to escape its prison, he quickly locked the chest and closet again, quickly changing into his red and blue spidey suit, and jumps out of his window, and swings to where carnage is destroying the city, and lands in front of him, and imidiatly whence saw spidey, peeled back the symbiote from his face, revealing Cletus Kasady... "Oh no... this is worse than I thought... that symbiote has bonded with the pshyco Cletus Kasady, meaning it is comepletly insane..." spidey thought to himself, before the symbiote recovered Kasadys head, and they start to fight... though it's a losing battle for spidey...

He tried to do what he did to defeat venom before, by using multiple megaphones and shouting through them to try and seperate Kasady from the symbiote, but all it did was give carnage a head ache, and make the symbiote around Kasady almost seem to bubble a bit, but not as much as it did when he defeated venom, and then, while he was dumbfounded carnage hit him with a hamered fist, and damaged his costume as they fought...

Though Spidey kept trying to fight, after almost an hour, he was forced to give up, as he was bleeding, and was hurting too much... So he swung away, as carnage decided to continue with the chaos he was causing...
