"We're not very good at fishing, are we?" I spoke.

"The gang aren't going to be very happy."

"You can say that again, Candi," Bud said

"The gang aren't going to be very happy."

"Candi, can you tell the others that there's nothing for dinner, and I'll check the map," Bud said

Candi headed below deck and Bud pulled out the map. It seemed the two of them had everything under control, so I took out my phone. As I loaded Roblox to try Camping for the millionth time, the ship, sea and people around me faded. I walked through Specky Woods, collecting an umbrella and a flashlight that had been left behind by some careless campers. I quickly made it past the first night with no problem but lost some health getting the picnic basket for the second night. I survived the poison and the choice of slides and ran into the cave instantly, not waiting for the popup to tell me it was flooding. Despite my quick movement and advantage, I once again messed up the parkour and died.

"You're going to be in so much trouble!" Misty's voice snapped me out of the game and back into reality.

"What happened?" Dude entered at that moment.

"Bud lost the map."

"I didn't lose the map. If we're being clear about the situation, it was taken from me."

"Lost, taken, it still means you don't have it."

"I'm sure he didn't mean to lose it." Pip attempted to diffuse the situation.

"I DIDN'T LOSE IT!"

"He just lost it," I muttered to Mimi

"Tell us exactly what happened." Dude said firmly.

"I was recalling an old sea shanty all about a sunken island when-"

"Yeah, right" Misty cut him off "I bet you just dropped it over the side of the ship."

"No, I didn't."

"Anyway, as quartermaster and therefore the one in charge of punishments..."

"You can't punish him. It was only an accident."

"Yeah, I can, Pip. And I've decided that he should walk the plank."

"Alright then, I'll go get the collar and the lead."

"Not what I meant, Sprout."

"She means he has to walk along the plank until he falls into the sea," I explained.

"I told you this was a disaster waiting to happen."
