"I liked it better when you were quiet at least you didn't insult me" "I don't insult I just speak the truth. Get used to it" suddenly the car stopped and I flew forward and in such swift movements he unbuckled both our seat-belts, pushed me against the door, and leaned in
"Don't get smart with me sweetheart" gulping was all I could do in the moment with my breath hitched deep in my throat.
He gave me the most heart warming and sweetest smile "But damn did you being feisty turn me on" then it happened he moved my hair out of my face and stroked my cheek. I closed my eyes from the feel "Stop...please" "Shhh sweetheart I understand you have a dark past I'm here, so let me in. I'll heal all the scars you have."
My dark past? How'd he even get close to guessing that? "How'd you know? Did you stalk my file or something?" he was chuckling by then "What's so funny?".
"You sweetheart, I wouldn't even have to look at your file to know you've been through some serious shît. Your eyes sweetheart, the are the windows to our souls and yours my dear, are pained. But, I'm going to make sure that changes".
I'm in honest awe right now. How could such am intimidating and dominant figure have ever managed to say this type of stuff. "Thank you....we can continue going to your place to eat now." "Haha alright, sweetheart!"
Once we arrived at his place I already had a plan. He lead me inside and as soon as the door was shut I ran up and hugged him as tightly as I could, then put my arms around his neck and ever so gently I moved my lips gracefully against his.
"You're so beautiful" he said this right before gently picking me up and feathery kissing up my neck and lips. "Haha thanks for being the appetizer now how about dinner." "sounds good"

After we finished eating we just sat down in his living room and watched some movies cuddling closely against each other.
"You'll stay the night right?" he asked with uncertainty. "Of course, I will!" and with that he kissed my forehead, picked me up piggy back style, and took us to his room.
"Umm..." I was too nervous to ask "what is it?" "could i wear one of your shirts to sleep in and I can't sleep in daily like clothes" hearing deep chuckles was enough to bring me back to reality.
"Come here" he grabbed me into a bear hug "you don't need to be nervous haha you don't even need to ask sweetheart! Just take it next time!"
He handed me a shirt, turned around, and I got changed. Once I turned around he was now in bed pointing to an empty space. Before getting in, I took notice to him being shirtless and wearing nothing but boxers and loose, hip hugging PJ pants.
I got in and instantly snuggled up to him "Goodnight Nate" "Goodnight my sweet Annabelle" and with another gentle kiss on the lips and forehead I fell into a deep comfortable sleep, and it was all because of him!
