"Annabelle" I looked up startled it was just Andrew "yeah" "are you okay? I mean you basically have acted like a zombie for the past 5 min" "oh sorry, I was just thinking I'm fine though" "umm, okay ill be going then just tell Nate I stopped by and ill visit again soon" "yeah okay will do, it was nice meeting you" and with that he smiled and walked away. The only thing I could think about though was that the guy I thought I could trust was just like the rest ... a heartless player ... he could've just waited till I was ready I mean one day I would've been.
It's been 2 hours since Andrew left and Nate should be returning home any moment. I looked around the house and found anything that could prove he was cheating all though I feel as if he'll answer truthfully ... But just in case ... never too cautious right!
He walked through the door "Annabelle, babe, where are you?" "up here" "hey babe" he went to kiss my cheek and I cringed on the inside at the awful smell of perfume he had fuming off of him.
"We need to talk" "about what" "don't act dumb with me and just be honest okay?" "fine" "have you been cheating on me" "yes" my breath hitched in my throat and I stopped breathing ... the pain, hurt, and betrayal that I felt ... there were no words for how I felt I can't explain the pain ... weirdly enough though slightly more than pain I felt relief.
I walked over to him stood on my tippy toes and kissed his cheek then sighed "I'm going to leave now" I look up questionably when I hear a menacing laugh "you think it's really okay to just leave?" "yeah, why wouldn't it be" his eyes darkened "listen to me very carefully, you're not allowed to leave me I don't care what I do it doesn't matter, but I swear you try to go" he scanned my body making me shift uncomfortably "then lets just say this little virginity innocence thing will be stolen from you over and over again" he smirked evil like.
"Who are you? what happened to the Nate I knew a month ago" "hahaha" he laughed as if it was a meaningless question. He strutted towards me and leaned down to my ear and whispered "Oh baby, you have no idea what I am, but i'll tell you one thing ... the truth will run shivers down your spine, create nightmares, and break any humanity you have." he kissed my cheek before looking me in my eyes "so, how was your day?"
I widen my eyes shocked and say "you're brother came" he tensed up "what did you two talk about" "nothing" "nothing?" "yeah, nothing" "are you lying?" I felt grossed out and turned to him and said "I don't have a reason to lie ... I'm not like you" he turned walking towards me thinking I would've moved back like a coward, but I was too strong I wouldn't be a coward again "what did you say?" "you heard me" and with that he punched me nocking me to the ground. He bends down moving my hair out of my face stroking my face "oh baby, don't try to be strong and give in" I looked away thinking to myself that no matter what I'd never give in to him or anyone like him.
