Bella's P.O.V.
"Come on Taylor! We gotta go!," I complained. My brother Taylor takes forever and I mean forever to get ready, I swear he takes longer than a bride getting ready for her wedding. We are going to our grandma's 85th birthday party. Like seriously all he has to do is just throw on a t-shirt and some jeans. What more does this boy have to do. I wait another 10 minutes until he gets out of his room and even his best friend Alexander is waiting outside for him. Alexander and Taylor known each other since they were in diapers. Our moms know each other since high school and he has just become another brother to me. I mean I love Taylor and all but he is just to protective, Alex on the other hand is still protective but not as protective as Taylor. "Dude what took you so long I thought you almost died in your room." Alex said as Taylor finally got in the car.
"For your information I like to spent my time getting ready and looking good." Taylor replied.
Alexander sighed and said "Whatever next time I should have not come so early if I knew you would take this long."
We rode in silence for a good 10-20 minutes until my mom broke the silence.
"So Alex how have you been honey I feel like I haven't seen you in forever." And this is my mom Clary Jones she is always so nice to guest and especially to Alex. I guess you could say that he is the son she never had. Alex is the school's star quarterback and my brother is the running back. Alex is 18 along with my brother. He has dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, and is 6 feet tall. Taylor on the other hand has brown hair, golden eyes(which girls die for but i don't see why), and is 5"11. And there comes me, Bella I have brown hair which reaches down to my waist with emerald green eyes and is 5"4 and I am basically a midget compare to my brother and Alex.
"Mom are we there yet?" Taylor asked with a bored tone.
"In a couple minutes dear." she replies. When she says a couple minutes she means half an hour or so. Now I can kind of see the resemblance between my mom and Taylor.
"Ughh! Why do we have to live so far from grandma?." Taylor asked clearly annoyed.
"Haha saids the boy that takes forever to get ready." Alex and I say at the same time.
"Jinks!" Alex yells at my face
"Geez! Alexander Cameron Ryder you don't have to yell in my face we are just a foot away from each other!" I said shouting back in his face.
"Okay. I have two things to say 1. Don't ever use my whole name again and 2. You owe me a soda. Ha! In your face loser!" Alex said
I sighed " You're so immature"
"Yeah yeah whatever I would like a Coke. Actually make that a diet because I'm on a diet." He said
I suddenly burst out laughing. "Hahahahahaha Oh my god you seriously think a Diet Coke would help you on a diet? Wow that's just priceless. You will need more than a diet coke to help you on that diet of yours and I don't even think you should be drinking soda or 'diet soda' since you are on a 'diet'." I said still laughing.
"You're such a nerd Bella."
"I know that's what makes me so SPECIAL!!" I said while raising my hands up.
