Carson's P.O.V
After that accident with Bella, Taylor and Alex has been giving me looks and they even got the whole football team to gang up on me in the locker room after practice.
I knew they had power but the whole team? Seriously?! I never thought that the whole team would do it because I'm pretty popular as a sophomore but I guess the freshmans would at least be on my side but I guess not.
After I got out of the locker room I saw my girlfriend Payton standing there with a bright smile across her face. I always loved her smile but now I love Bella's more I know it's wrong to think of another girl when my wonderful girlfriend is right in front of me and has been there for me when I needed her most.
"So you wanna go to a diner? I know a really good place and it's not that far." Payton said interrupting my thoughts.
"Sure babe." I said with a fake smile.
I know it's so messed up but I've been having a crush on Bella ever since she stood up for me in first grade when I was getting bullied by her brother and Alex. Now you must be wondering why in the world would I be dating Payton then, well to answer your question she was there for me when I needed her most especially when my grandfather passed away. I was always close to my grandfather because he was always the one who would take me on long exotic trips we went to England, India, France, Australia, Japan, and Russia. I have to make a move on Bella today or else Jacob my best friend will set her up with someone else. Ughh! Why does my life have to be so complicated?!
I can't just break up with Payton without an explanation but if I tell her I want Bella and not her it will hurt her feelings and I hate doing that. I also can't let Jacob set her up with another guy I will go mad and probably go on a rage spree. I guess Bella hates me because I did crash into her when she was riding her nickel board.
"What is up in that mind of yours?" Payton asked when we reached the diner.
"Oh nothing much just football." I lied.
"Oh okay well what do you wanna get? I'm getting the tomato salad." She told me
"Well I guess I'll try their special hamburger with extra cheese." I said looking back at her.
I really need a plan for me to have a good reason to break up with Payton. I could always ignore her but that's to mean. Maybe go across the world and settle down in a small town...nah then I wouldn't be able to see Bella. I have the best plan I can get someone to kiss her then have me walk in on it and then just break it off. I'm a genius now I just need someone who is willing to do it. Someone with strong feelings for her. Better yet I can have Jacob do it because before I even started dating Payton she had feelings for Jacob but he didn't for her.
"Babe you seem a little off are you alright?" Payton asked with concern.
"Umm yeah I think I'm just going to go home after this and take a nap or something." I replied trying not to worry her.
"Okay well I'm done with my food and since you didn't even touch yours I think you should just take that to-go." She says while standing up and giving me a peck on the cheek.
"Yeah alright I'll text you tonight or just see you tomorrow. Okay?" I said.
"Okay feel better alright and call or text me if you need anything." She said before she went out the door.
"Oh your not the only one I'm gonna call." I mumbled and started thinking about my evil but good plan. I sighed I can't think about it to much or else I'll have second thoughts. I quickly went to Bella's place because I know Taylor isn't home at the moment because every Thursday his guys and him go to some club or something.
I quickly went up the steps and rang the doorbell. Before I even came here I went to a store to get Bella a feel better present. So I decided to get her a white teddy bear with a heart in the middle saying get well soon.(picture in beginning) I soon heard soft footsteps and the door was opened by a beautiful Bella.
"Hey Bella I'm not sure if you remember me or even know me but the other day I kinda ran you over and I'm sorry so here." I said nervously while handing her the bear.
"Aww thanks and it's nothing but I think I remember you aren't you Carson?" She asks
"Yeah." I said sheepishly
"Oh where are my manners would you like to come in?" She asked with a pearly white smile across her face.
"Umm sure why not." I said hoping this wouldn't be to embarrassing or awkward.
"Have a seat and I'll go get some drinks what would you like?" She proposed.
"Water would be fine." I answered
"Okay I'll be right back." She said
I was waiting in the living room observing the photos especially the ones with Bella in it. Call me a stalker but I've waited a long time just to have the nerve to talk or even look at her. Now I was in her house and looking at her picture! That is such a huge step for me and mankind since Taylor and Alex are so protective of Bella.
"I'm back and here is your water." She stated as she handed me my water. When I was just about to grab the cup from her hand the doorbell rang.
