Chapter 4

Chapter 4: Angela

"Whoa, whoa calm down I'm not going to hurt you." "I don't believe you, go away and leave me alone." Her voice was very sweet even though it looked like she'd been crying for hours. "Hey, hey Im not like any of the monsters." "What's your name?" "My..my name?" "Yes your name I'm not hostile." "My...my name is Angela." She was beautiful she had dark red hair that went to the square of her back. Her eyes were baby blue and she had a black t shirt and dark blue pants. "I have a house nearby if you want to come and stay." "Um...yeah." So I escorted Angela back to the house and walled off a part of the wall so that she could have her privacy. We went to sleep that night with no more interruptions. I had dreams of my parents that night. I woke up sweating a little later. When I woke up Angela was already in the main room waiting. "Hey Angela." "I never got your name." she said "My name is Alex." "Um how did you get here Alex?" "I was on a plane to Georgia and it crashed stranding me here." "Wow I didn't think it could get worse than mine. I was being kidnapped by some people and jumped out of the moving van blacked out and awoke here." "Wow outof the frying pan and into the oven huh?" She chuckled a little she looked even better happy. "I'm running out of wood heres an axe to go get some more." "Thanks I didn't know what to do till now, but it looks like you did." "I'm going to take some torches and a pickaxe and go explore the cave I found. Come back when it's night." I smiled at her to let her know that I didn't want her to get hurt. "Here's a sword just incase." While in the cave I started to light the place up, and when I got to the mine I light it up and noticed that there was an odd new block that I had not seen before. It was black flakes inside some stone. I mined it and got a piece of coal. I knew this would be useful for cooking so grabbed a bunch and headed back upstairs. I decided to make a furnace to cook food with the coal I have. When I got to the top Angela was standing their terrified. "Whats wrong?!" "I..I..saw...something that I never want to see again." "What did you see?" "I saw a tall black figure starting from a distance. It had purple eyes and it suddenly disappeared in a puff of purple dust. Then it reappeared about 10 meters closer. I started to run and it followed me. Right when I got in the house it started raining and it looked like it got hurt from the rain and then teleported one more time to who knows where." I walked up and gave her a consoling hug while she cried into my shoulder. She was almost silently whispering "I miss my parents." When she fell asleep on my shoulder I carried her to her room and layed her down. Then went to my own room to sleep.Then I had recurring nightmares about that tall black enemy.
