Power Rangers Dino Super Charge: Two New Energems?

Chapter 13: Heckyl's Mission

Heckyl's POV

    Some moments after Lynx ran out, Keeper suggested I tell the guys the full story, and about the mission.

"Alrighty then. Here's my side of how it all happened," I started

It all started when Zenowing and I were visited by Keeper.

"Keeper, what brings you here, my friend," Zenowing asked

"Ah, Zenowing, I have been feeling a strong urge of power coming from many years in the past. I believe humans are making their own version, and maybe even a copy and perfect replica of the Energems. I need you and Heckyl to retrieve them and bring them to me so I can destroy them before any harm comes," Keeper informed us

We nodded our heads and headed off the next day, and Keeper left to take care of the Energems. While Zenwoing and I took care of the Dark Energem, and then left.

When we arrived the place was literally a lab at its finest. Though, when we got inside and looked at some places they did tests, they were hard to look at. Zenowing teleported me where the two energems were, while he took care of the guards.

I was in the room, and there was a man standing there with two bright shining gems. I knew right when I entered it was the energems. We had our conversation of introductions, but it ended with me destroying the human. I was about to grab the two energems, but they had discipleship, and so Zenowing decided it was best we leave, but before we did I though about what they used as test subjects, so we went to save them.

Little did we know, they used their own kind for test experiments. They used from what we saw, just two teens a girl and a boy, and they were badly injured. It seemed they were treated poorly, besides the injuries, they looked as if they didn't get fed much. Their bodies covered with scratches, and some dried blood trying to heal.

I walked in slowly, and the two seemed to understand what was happening, and they came quietly. We had quick introductions and the boy's name was Gale, his friend, the girl's game was Lumi. Gale had a burnt brown hair and eyes, and he had ragged clothes on, as did Lumi. Lumi on the other hand had a blonde, almost albino hair, and her eyes were an aqua blue. They were both scared out of their lives, but knew the situation they were in and stayed tough.

We were almost out of the lab, but before we could get out, a portal formed behind Lumi, and pulled her in.

Gale grabbed her arm and shouted, "Lumi!" But he was too late, and she was gone

    What I didn't suspect was Gale going after Lumi, he didn't care what happened. He left and jumped through the portal after her. Zenowing and I tried to stop him, but the portal closed before we could save him. The two were gone, and the energems we were supposed to retrieve. This was a failed mission, and when Zenowing and I left and informed Keeper, he knew we should pay you guys a visit. A visit to see if, by chance the energems made it to your world somehow, and maybe even Lumi and Gale. Turns out the energems did, but not the guys.

~~~present~~~

    "And that's what happened...," I finished, "When Lynx yelled at us earlier and ran off, it reminded me of that moment when Gale jumped through the portal. I'm not used, something felt like, whoever yelled at us wasn't Lynx, but Gale, but that's impossible! Lynx looks nothing like Gale. He just acts like him, in a way. I can say the same with Grace and Lumi, but not too much then again with either because I didn't know Gale or Lumi too much. I'm not sure but, something feels like, there's something not adding up. The theory about the monsters being a distraction, and then Kyros after someone. What if they weren't after Eve. What if they were after Gale and Lumi...,"

"That's not a bad theory Heckyl, but if I may, what makes you say that?" Keeper questioned

Before I could respond I felt a pain in my head, and then I heard it.

It was Eve, "Flames...why? Guys, please, hurry...,"

I fell to the ground when it was over, and that message proved something about where Eve may be.

"Heckyl!" I could hear the guys shout in worry

"I'm alright, did anyone else hear that?" I asked getting up

Everyone looked at each other and then shook their heads, and I sighed informing them of what happened.

"Everest's telepathy. She must've send a distress signal through her telepathy, but why now? She's been gone for awhile, but something tells me otherwise," Keeper informed

"As in?" Shelby questioned

"He means that he believes it's been longer than we think. Everest has been gone longer than we think she had," I explained

"Hm? How so? No never mind let's just get down to. WHOA!" Shelby pauses as the ground shook beneath us

We looked at Kendall's laptop to see what was happening, and there we saw Grace and Lynx with a mysterious person wearing a black cloak over them, and they were all laughing?

"Come on out Rangers! It's time to play!"
