Chapter 16: This Isn't What It Looks Like

"Wow," I breathed, my voice coming out weak through my desperate gasps for air. "That was amazing!"

I'm all sweaty and gross, and I can feel the sweat forming a mini-puddle underneath me as I lay on the ground. I'm sure I'll clean it up later. It's not like I'm completely irresponsible.

Suddenly, I realize that Hobi's arm is thrown across my waist and the man is lying next to me. He is also very sweaty. Like a wet reptile.

"Damn, you're a fantastic dancer," Hobi smiles at me. "You had me going all out!"

"JINJJA??? AWWW THANK YOU" I almost scream. I can't believe such a talented dancer would ever compliment me.

Slowly, Hobi crawls his slimy sweaty body over me, his arms framing either side of my face, using his daebak dance abs to hold himself over me. "Y/N..."

I blush as bright red as a tomato (which is a fruit, just so you all know). "Hobi, what are you doing?"

He smiles. "Y/N, I want to tell you something very, very important." A bead of sweat follows the curve of his cheek (the one on his face, that is) and drips down his neck. Gravity does its thing, and the droplet falls onto my face. I grimace, but he doesn't notice.

"I just need to tell you that I lo-"

Suddenly, I hear the door open, a small gasp, and a small clink on the floor. I whip (and nae nae) my head around and see the small pale physique of Yongdu. His Juul lays fallen on the floor as he gapes at me and Hobi caught in a compromising position. I push Hobi off of me and dust off my sweaty yoga leggings that highlight my flat butt.

"Yongyu, it's not what you think..." I say, but it's too late. He's already scampering out the door on his tiny cat like legs, leaving me, a moist Hobi, and the cotton candy flavored Juul behind.

"Oh, Hobi-" I say, trying my best to wriggle out from underneath his body, like a worm stuck on dry land. "I have to go. I'm so sorry."

I sprint as fast as I can out of the closet studio and head for my room. I was hoping everything would turn out gwenchana, but it didn't :(. What do I do now???
