Jeremiah arrives at the cafeteria with plenty of long tables neatly lined up across the room with a few circular tables along the edges. He grabs a tray and gets breakfast from the station at the left side of the room. Afterwards, he walks over and seats himself at Nic's table. Nic looks downtrodden as if every fiber of happiness has left his body and fallen into a deep abyss, never to return.
Jeremiah asks him, "Still feeling bummed out because of Tiffany?"
He answers with no enthusiasm, "Yes."
"Don't worry about it. I might rescue her on today's mission."
"How come?" Nic asks lifting his head to meet his eyes.
Jeremiah answers, "My mission, today, is to spy on Darkness."
A gleam of hope appears on his face when he heard this. Nic asks, "Can I come with you?" Jeremiah says, "If Head Spikey approves." He says, "Ok." As soon as he finishes breakfast, Nic takes a trip down to Head Spikey's temporary office.
Nic walks in and says to Head Spikey upon entering, "Head Spikey, I got a favor to ask you."
"What?" asks the Head.
"May I, please, go with Jeremiah on his mission?" requests Nic.
"I think you should go. It may save Tiffany and, more importantly, your spirit," approves Head Spikey.
"Thank you, Head Spikey," thanks Nic.
"You better hurry or you'll miss takeoff," states Head Spikey.
"Ok. Bye."
"Bye."
Nic uses his static thrusters; a power where he boosts his speed by sending electricity straight out of his hands in order to boost his momentum, it also gives him the power to fly; to get to the ship bay quickly. When he gets there, Jeremiah says, "Glad you could make it." They hop on the stealth ships and leave through the ceiling.
