Cʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ Tᴇɴ.

River holds Yanni's hand and he walked with the child, the little boy was sad because he had to return to school. Parents and children look at the two walk down the hallway together. Yanni hid his face behind River's hand, he was terrified of returning back to school without his sister. The little boy didn't want anyone asking questions about her, he didn't want people giving him weird looks like they were doing now and he didn't want his Dad leaving him. "Papa, I don't want to go." Yanni whined and River crouches down, he kisses his head and he strokes the little boy's hair. "It's gonna be alright Johnny, I will be here when I pick you up and we can go get ice cream, like old times." River tells him and Yanni hugs his father.

River rubs his back, he pulls away and he smiles softly. "Don't make me do it, Yanni."

Yanni began to giggle and he nodded. "I want you to do one of your voices, can you do Elvis.. please.. for me?" Yanni asked him and River could do Elvis one but it was a bit challenging.

River rakes his hair back then he takes a piece of his hair, it dangled in front of his face. River clears his throat and Yanni waited for him to start. "See now, Yanni... you gotta go to school, get an education so you can grow into a smart boy. You need to shake off all the jitters, now, you gotta shake your leg." River says in a deep voice and he starts shaking, Yanni starts shaking is jitters away with laughter. "Uh now, little Johnny boy, it's gonna be alright. You give me a good ole kiss." River says tapping his cheek and Yanni kisses his cheek.

River jumps up and he claps his hands as he starts doing the signature pelvis move and Yanni was laughing so hard as she tried to make him stop dancing because now everyone was looking. River starts doing the rubber legs and Yanni grabs his leg. "Oh god no, please stop." Yanni laughs and River stops dancing, he lets out a sigh as he wipes his face.  "Doing all that is a workout." River chuckles and he hasn't done a Elvis impression since he was twelve, kinda was nostalgic to him.

Yanni crosses his arms and his eyes furrowed at his Dad. Yanni only asked for the voice not the dancing. River smiles and Yanni began to laugh because his Dad looked ridiculous doing all that but but it made him laugh. "See? You're alright bud, I'll be back to come and get you and I want you to have fun, okay?" River says and Yanni nodded with a big smile. "I'm gonna get really smart like Flora, she's gonna be so proud of me." Yanni says and the little boy kisses his Dad's cheek. "See you later Daddy!" Yanni exclaimed as he runs into his classroom.

River felt like something was missing when it was something missing. His goodbye kiss from Flora. River stares at the classroom, his throat going completely dry. It still hurt a lot, it really did but life goes on and he was still here.

River goes back home and Alicia was getting dressed because they had a doctor's appointment that morning. River watched Alicia look through her closet, she looked a bit depressed because she couldn't fit in the really nice clothes that she had since she became pregnant. She gained so much and she was starting to think her mother was right, maybe she needed to diet or there was no way she was gonna get the parts and fit in her old clothes. "How about the blue dress?" River suggested and Alicia looks at him, she wanted to cry but she looked extremely annoyed. River sighs as he gets up, he starts helping her look for something. "You want to wear something of mine?" River asked her and Alicia nodded her head slowly.
