feelings uncovered pt.2 Cartthew

Matt's POV

Today, going up into McDonalds and seeing Nash, my best friend, run off and cry like that is heartbreaking to see. But then after the talk with Cameron he was all happily and smiley, I knew something was up. One minute, he's sad and crying, then the next, he's happy and smiling. While we where In the car waiting, on Nash I was texting Carter. We had a serious talk, haha kidding, we were talking about Nash and how he's acting weird.

I didn't tell him anything personal just the reason why and stuff like that. But we also gotten to know a bunch about each other. We are supposed to meet up tonight at the park for a walk. I would definitely, call it a date, but I don't know, what he would call it. He probably thinks we are just friends you know. 

I'm not making the same mistake Nash did because I'll probably do the same thing he had done. I would've been in a depression state. And I get them a lot lately. I haven't told Nash that though. If I did he wouldn't leave me alone about it. He would tell me to not do nothin stupid, when do I ever do something stupid?

Ok I gotta change that, I'm always doing something stupid. Expecially, with Nash, man we are always haven a good time together. I don't know one day when we haven't had a fun time together. But today, I cannot wait till tonight with Carter. It's gonna be fun I hope.

We pull into Nash driveway, and we all get out. We all enter the house. And Nash flops onto the couch and sighs. He got a call and went to a separate room. Nash always answers his phone in front of me. What's different here? There has to be something happening right?

It is currently 3:30 and I had asked Nash to drive me home. He didn't want me to go but I had to get ready for Carter tonight. I didn't like leaving Nash in his kind of state but I had to. He had Shawn and Jack to handle him so why'd he need me?

We pull in my driveway, I say bye to Nash and go into my house. I skipped up the stairs and looked through my dresser. I picked out good cloths and went to take a shower. After that, I got dressed and did my hair. It was now 5:30. I had enough time to eat. I jogged downstairs and picked out a snack to eat.

I didn't need to tell my mom or dad anything it's not like they care for me. They ended up not caring after I told them to back off. I kinda miss them to. But they treated me like shit and I didn't appreciate it at all and I was done with it. I couldn't take them doing bad things anymore.

I got a call from Carter I instantly picked it up "Hey Carter." I said

"Come on I'm waiting outside." Carter told me

"Ok be right there." I said and got up off my stool and walked outside to see Carter leaning on my car with his hands in his shorts pockets. He had a tanktop with a skull and a hat with a skull and cross bones. His hair was showing a little out of his hat. He was wearing aditas and looked swagger. It was extremely hot.

"Hey Matt you look good for a walk." He said

"What I normally dress like this." I said pointing to my t-shirt and shorts.

"I'm kidding Matt." He said with a light chuckle

That got to me it was amazing his smile, his laugh, everything.  Man, I wish he were mine. But we all know that won't happen right?

"So are we gonna go or chat all day?" Carter asked and I smiled

"We can go." I said and Carter smiled grabbing my hand and intertwined them together. We've started doing this a while ago. 'As friends' he said, but I doubt it. Well I thought of it as a lets get together thing. But I don't know about him. I'm getting to carried away with this.

You will always just be friends with Carter he doesn't like you, it's just you, he will never love you ever." My conscious said to me whenever I would think that Carter likes me. And I always agree with it because why would Carter ever like me anyways?

We walked for a while Carter stopped me for a second before he said something I wish he would've had said a while ago. And I loved when he said it to

"Matt I like you." Carter said

"I like you to man." I answered

"No, I mean I like like you." He corrected me he instantly grabbed my neck and kissed me it got heated but not much because we were in public. We broke apart

"I like you to Carter." I said and intertwined our fingers together. He pecked my lips. And we walked the rest of the way hand in hand. I've been waiting for this day for five years. 

"Are you alright with tellen people?" I asked and Carter smiled

"Everyone can know for all I care I'm just glade I got ya babe." He said and I blushed

"Ok cause I wanna tell Nash he deserves to know." I said and Carter nodded

"Yeah I agree, him being your best friend in all." Carter said

"Thanks babe." I said and pecked his lips. We started walking again.

We ended up walking till late at night Carter asked if I could stay over and I said yeah. Why not tho? It ain't like we can have sex. Well, I wouldn't mind, but we need to take our relationship slowly. That'll tell me if he really likes me or not. And trust me I need to know.

We got to Carters house. It was nicely decorated, I could tell his mother did it by the way it was decorated. It was pretty nice, as for his mother she's hilarious.  You should see her dance. When she gets scared it's hilarious. Carter is the scare master or somethin. He scares his mom constantly. It's like he's addicted to it. One time he even scared me.

We went to his room, other than the cloths on the floor, it was nicely made also. This room, I can definitely tell Carter had done it. I'm surprised he's gay his room looks like a      non-gay place.

"Sorry for the mess babe I haven't picked up in a while." Carter said

"It's ok." I said

"Hey sweetie." Carters mom comes in

"Momma." Carter said and walks over to him to give her a kid hug. She lifted off the floor

"Carter put me down." She said and Carter did. "Hey Matthew how's it been long time no see." She said

"Yeah I'm sorry for that, Ms Reynolds, I've just been so busy. I've been good. how have you been?" I asked

"Good good, are you staying over?" She asked

"Sure of that's alright with you?" I asked

"Yeah that's fine but don't be an ache in the morning to get up." She said

"I won't." I said

"Ok have a good night. I'm going to sleep. I'll be in my room don't wake me and go to bed soon." She said and I smiled

"Bye mamma, good night don't let the bed bugs bite." Carter said

"Yeah yeah I know your tricks mister." She said with a laugh and left. I looked at Carter he walked over to me landing his hands firmly on my waist and looked at me. He leaned in I did to, our lips touched. I wonder what Carters mom would think of us being together I hope she'll be able to compromise it.

It must be an ache to find something out so late.
