"Lily? You ruin everything! I was finally getting my moment! Ugh I hate you! OMG please just don't tell James." I yell my mood going from shock to anger to worry on a matter of seconds.
"Cs calm down" Sirius tried to sooth me.
"I can't she's going to tell James!" I exclaim the tears starting to flow. "I was finally getting what I wanted with out James being there to ruin it."
"Cece just come with me and won't tell James if you just come with me right now" Lily tells me.
"Fine" I stomp all the way up to our dorm and change into black leggings and my favorite sweatshirt. I throw my hair up into a messy bun and look in the mirror to see my mascara is running down my face. Great.
"Cece you can not date him! Absolutely not, you know he will break your heart." Lily scolds me.
"No he won't" I plead with her. "he won't Lily I know he won't!"
"Cece I don't know how he got in your head but you can't let him." She tells me softly.
"He didn't do anything to get in my head. I'm going through with it whether you want me to it not." I tell her defiantly.
"Then I'm going to tell James."
"Lily just let me lay in bed and cry. just stay out of it." I tell her. "this has nothing to do with you. I will tell James when Sirius and I decide we want to."
"Really Cs your just going to have to tell James when you go crying to him when Sirius finds another one of his 'girlfriends' I thought you were better than becoming part of that." She tells me looking at me as if I have disappointed her.
"Fine I'll go tell him I'm done."
"Good! You do that. If you do that now I won't have to tell James."
"Okay I'm off." I say as I wipe the mascara from below my eyes and walk out the door.
"Sirius I need to talk to you." I say as I see him in the common room by himself. I wonder where James and the rest of them are.
"Okay do you want to talk here or go somewhere else?" He asks like the gentlemen I know he is.
"We need to not see each other ever
again like we did tonight." I tell him trying not to cry.
"Okay" he says tears seaming to be about to fall from his eyes as well.
"I'm sorry" I whisper as I walk back up the stairs to the girls dormitories.
That's the day I ruined my life.
