Bridgit's P.O.V
We got to my apartment since it was one in the morning. I knew nobody would be awake to help him in the apartment so I took him home with me. So we got out of the car and I helped him into my apartment, " You're Pwetty." He said while I walked him over to the couch, and he laid down on the couch, " Yeah and your pretty drunk." I said laughing at him.
I went to get him a pillow and blanket, and he looked at me," Do you hate me?" He said as I crossed his arms, " For the fight back at the party, yeah, but overall No." I said hoping he would understand, I went to go get an Advil and bottle of Gatorade and put it on the coffee table for him when he woke up and I went to get stuff to clean up his busted up lip.
He pulled me down to sit down and look at him," I'm really sorry, I know I said it in the car, but I got jealous, in that contract it said no cheating and I know you weren't but in my head I could imagine what would happen if I didn't step in, I've known you for four years and you are my Best Friend in the Whole World, I know this is a fake relationship, but I really love you." He said with love in his eyes, but I didn't know if it was just love or that he was just drunk , I started cleaning up his lip ," Ow!" He said as it stung his lip, I continued cleaning his lip, " I'm sorry, just trying to help it." I said while still cleaning his bloody lip.
I put the stuff down ," I know you are going to regret saying that because you are drunk, but that is the sweetest thing any boy has ever said to me, and I love you too Joshua, but I'm saying that as a best friend and it broke me a little when I saw you get hurt."
I said he kissed me and I put my hand on his chest, kissed him back, and then I pulled away with a small smile," I'm going to bed Joshua, goodnight." I went to stand up and he pulled me back down, " Noooooo, please don't leave." He said and held my hand, I knew I wasn't going to win, so I laid down and put the blanket on me." Goodnight Joshua." I said and he wrapped his arms around me, " Goodnight Babe." He said and I couldn't help getting annoyed by him saying Babe, I wasn't used to it yet.
