Chapter 7

[(Y/n) POV]

After Midnight announce the first round I ran to the bathroom to change into my gym uniform.I ran up to seat with my class,sitting next to Todoroki while looking at the next match.'Shinsou and Midoriya...'I thought.I mumbled to myself "I hope Shinsou wins..."I mumbled loud enough for my class to hear with them in shock."That guy brainwashed me (L/n)!"Ojiro spoke,"That isn't very supportive of you to Midoriya! You should cheer on your classmates (L/n)"Iida scolded.I merely rolled my eyes "You all are supporting Midoriya,so I'll support Shinsou I believe he can do it! But there is some doubt because of his physical skills...I'll need to train with him on his physical skills I guess..." I whispered the last part out.

Todoroki just stared at me but quickly turned away to look at the match with Midoriya and Shinsou.

As we were looking at the match Shinsou manage to get Midoriya in his brainwashing quirk earning a disappoint look in Ojiro's face,"Damm I told him not to reply!"I yelled out "He brainwashed him! Yes!" I was being overly excited but earn a few tiny glares from my class about supporting someone else.My heart sank as I saw Midoriya snapping out of Shinsou's brainwash and walking towards him."Dammit!"I said feeling terrible for Shinsou as he got out of bounds.

Feeling terrible I got up from my seat and ran downstairs to find Shinsou engulfing him into a hug."I'm so sorry!"I yelled burying my face into his chest while he gently pets me mumbling"like a cat..." afterwards he responded"no it's fine...I need to work on my physical training aswell if I want to be a hero.." I released him from my grasp smiling" I'll help you train then!" I said smiling.He nodded and walked me back to my class where I waved him goodbye hugging him tightly.

I went back to my seat to notice Todoroki wasn't there'oh right...he's up next...'I thought to myself seeing Midoriya came back with his injured finger.I stared at him for awhile the proceed to watch the match seeing a hint of sadness in Todoroki's eyes.

In one swift motion Sero taped Todoroki in his tape and is pulling him out of bounds with ease,but then suddenly-a wave of cold air surrounded the place,a huge wall of ice covered half the stadium with Todoroki standing infront of it all.Sero is barely visible having ice cover his entire body leaving him out of commission.

"Hanta Sero is out of bounds Todoroki advances to the next round!"Midnight announced.Todoroki started to melt the ice with his left side looking rather upset.

Throughout the other matches I stayed silent with not much expression,which was noticed by Todoroki who looked...sorry...? I don't really know but now is my match,I stood up and walked to waiting room 1 to stretch and drink alot of water.'I'm pretty sure this is my 3rd bottle...'I thought to myself ready to win.I walked into the arena with pride facing the black haired girl.

[Todoroki POV]

"Who do you thinks gonna win?"Kaminari questioned looking at the two girls with curiosity."Maybe Yaoyorozu since she can create anything"Jiro explained which many nod along with her.I secretly hoped that (L/n) would win,she is a good fighter and I'll get the chance to talk to her after the match.

[(Y/n) POV]

I stared into Yaoyorozu's black orbs waiting for the match to begin."Yaoyorozu...I'm gonna beat you!" I yelled with determination as Midnight started the match.She ran towards me creating a staff to tackle me with.'She's easy to predict...'I thought taking a step back,dodging her attack.I stationed my ground and blocked her attacks with ease.

"Argh fight back! Stop going offensive!"She yelled in frustration earning a bitch slap from me."Don't you see? I'm letting you have a chance in winning..." I explained making her eye twitch"I don't need your pity!" She yelled running towards me which I stepped to the side and tripped her onto the ground.Yaoyorozu glared daggers at me hearing the words I'll never thought she would say..."I'll kill you!"
