Graysons POV

Kylie and I decided to take a little break from everyone and just take a good 2 weeks to be together , just me and her .

We went to New Jersey, I wanted to be back to my home town. No one knows I'm here not even my mom.

I turned my phone completely off , Ethan has been trying to reach me but I rather not talk to him or anyone right now , I need to clear my head  and spend time with my soon to be wife .

Vanessas POV

Ethan💛: I don't know what happened you , that they at the restaurant but I need your help.

Ethan💛: wow I see u finally unblocked me

Ethan💛: look, Grayson has the letter

Ethan💛: but that letter is not the real one

Ethan 💛: I'll explain everything but I need to see you!
Ethan💛: please Vanessa for once in your whole life do the right thing

Ethan💛: I really need your help

Ethan 💛: I haven't heard from Grayson since that they we met at the restaurant. I've tried to call him but I get no response

Ethan💛: help me please

Ethan💛: I know u still live Grayson, I see it in your eyes

Ethan💛: plus he's the father of your daughter

Me: I'm on my way to your house

I was very confused when I read the messages from Ethan.

A wrong letter ? What was he talking about ?

I needed to know what was going on, after all this involves  me and most importantly my daughter.

Zac wasn't at home since he had work today until late so I just left him a note on the counter .

I got to Ethans home, he opened the door quick.

"Hey" he said as he hugged me and kissed my cheek , I did the same

"Can you please explain to me what is going on?" I said

He looked at me with sad eyes and I knew something was really wrong . Ethan is a really positive person, it's rare when you see him sad and when he was , it was because of something very serious. This made my heart sink

"Someone changed the letter , I don't know what letter they put in the envelop, who or why someone would do something like that but the letter we " he paused and rolled his eyes " I mean I gave to Grayson is not the one you wrote 14 years ago "

"What !?" I said confused "how !?"

"We have a cleaning lady who comes to our house every week, she had a problem so she couldn't come but she send someone over but I checked the cameras and .... well... see it with your own eyes " he said as he turned his computer on and showed me the video.

It was a woman, you can't really see her face but she was in ethans room looking for something. Then she stopped as she grabbed a black box Ethan has in his closet on the top shelve, a creepy smile appeared on her face as she took the real letter out and put inside another letter . And then just like that she was gone

"Who is she !" I screamed as madness ran through my body

"I don't know but I have some private investigators trying to figure it out , Vanessa I want you to pay close attention to what I am going to say because this can change Graysons, Gabriellas and your life forever "

The more he spoke the more I felt like I was going to faint

My breathing was unsteady, I could feel my hands getting sweating and my heart beat beating faster than normal

"W.. what ?" I asked

"The private investigators found out something really bad and completely evil and vile about both Kylie and Zac , that's why we need to find Grayson ."

"What do you mean ?" I said, my voice came out shaky as worry started filling my body

"Zac and Kylie know each other" Ethan said as he grabbed my hand "did you know about this ?"

I was in complete shock . Of course I didn't know about this ! And is he even saying the truth !? I mean the investigators can be wrong , there's no way Zac and Kylie know each other

"What!?" I screamed " there's no fucking way in hell that Zac knows Kylie !"

"He does Vanessa, I don't know for how long but they've been planing something "

"Planning what !?"

"Kylie wants to marry Grayson for his money, as soon as they get married she's going to take all his money and completely leave him in bankruptcy, she's done that before . Grayson would be her 8th victim "

"What!? So she's only with him for his money !? What a bitch, how dare she " I paused for a second "wait and what the hell does Zac have to do In this ?"

"Zac is helping her, look I don't know for how long they've known each other , and i don't know if Zac has helped her make those other  frauds but I do know that you've been a really big obstacle for Kylie. They knew how much you and Grayson loved each other and that's why they had to figure out a way to take you out of the map, that's when Zac appeared in your life"

My heart was completely broken as Ethan spoke, it'll all made sense. I always wondered why Zac, a complete stranger changed his life for me, for someone he didn't even know, someone he met that day . Now it all makes sense . I couldn't get words out of my mouth, my throat starting closing as my eyes started filling with tears , Ethan came close to me and hugged me tight .

"Vanessa I know this is hard to believe but trust me I'm telling you the truth , Kylie is a crazy. Her and her 2 cousins, Amaya and Polo are with Grayson and I don't know what they're capable of "

"We need to find Grayson, but I need to talk to Zac first " I said as I got up but Ethan stopped me

"Wait no , if you tell Zac that we know the truth then he's going to tell Kylie. We have to find Grayson first "

I wiped my tears away , I'm not going to cry for someone who doesn't deserve my tears . I'm not letting him hurt me or Grayson. How could I be so stupid ! Why didn't I notice !? I've been living with a monster for the past 14 years and I didn't even know, my daughter could be in danger and it's all my fault .

"We need to pick up Gabriella, then I'll call Grayson or " I screamed out of frustration "Ethan we need to find him, I can't let anything bad happened to Grayson"

As we made our way to Ethans car I took my ring off and threw it as far as I could

"What was that?" Ethan asked confused

"My engagement ring, Zac gave it to me last night " i said as I struggled to keep my tears in my eyes "I really thought I could be happy with him, I didn't think I would have another chance with your brother so I wanted to give myself a chance with Zac "

"Vanessa, Grayson has never stopped loving you. He wanted to break up with Kylie for you. But since you ran off that day at the dinner he completely got destroyed, he read a wrong letter . Who knows what that fake letter said. That's why he went back to Kylie , but it's always been you . And I know you love Grayson just like before or we'll maybe even more "

"Yeah Ethan you're right , I've never stopped loving your brother . And that's why we need to find him as soon as possible, I need to say sorry, explain the whole story to him and Gabriella, this time I'm not running away. I want to have the family I've always wished for and if Grayson accepts my apology I'll be the happiest woman alive "

"Trust me Nessa he will " Ethan said smiling as he squeezed my hand making me smile back

Where ever you are Grayson, imma find you and we're finally going to live our happily ever after with our daughter and maybe a few more babies .
