CHAPTER 8: Training the Body

Deku's POV:

"Hey! This isn't funny Kacchan! P-please o-pen the-the cave."

My body is shivering violently. Deep breaths become shallow and quick. I curl up to try and stay warm. After awhile the sensation of warmth engulfs me. When I look up from my knees. There in the dark shines a bright stream of light. It's moving like water flowing down a river. With what feels to be my last bit of strength. I reach and grab the light. The warmth from it stops the shivering. Using the light I can see in the cave. It appears to be coming from the moss growing on the walls.

"Is this the life force from the moss? If so then I can get out of here."

I relax and take a deep breath in. At that moment I felt the magic deep within me awaken.

*GROWL!!*

My eyes widen with fear. Then an extreme pain Courses through my veins.

Shoto's POV:

I noticed which way they were flying.

"Shit Izuku isn't ready for that yet. Damnit looks like I've got to hurry up and get back to his side before that dragon bastard kills our only hope."

The purple hair guy goes to run into the forest. So I cast ice magic to freeze him completely. The other guy I use flame magic on to keep him contained while i run for it. I knew with the forest around them burning that the smoke from the fire would kill them both. By the time i got to the base of the mountain. Izuku and Bakugou were no where in sight. However the other guy who turns into a full fledged dragon was asleep at the path. Tears are frozen to his face.

"If my friend is dead. Then I'll have no other choice. "

I grab my sword and head up the mountain. About halfway up I see a cave. The bolder infront of it was split down the middle. The trees around were ripped to shreds. More footsteps head towards the summit. When I finally got to the top. I wasn't expecting this at all.
