There were so many days when I would wake up and feel like I'm just done! I'd feel worn out and out of energy, like someone wrestled me and left me lying flat on the floor. There were days when I felt like the whole world was against me, especially things I couldn't control, like time. I felt like every time I tried to elevate something comes out of no where and yank the steering wheel right from my hands and guided me the opposite of where I was going.
For some reason I never lost my strength in you. I knew if all else fails I had one powerful person I can go to and I know that person would not fail me. No matter how hard things would be, I remembered how you gave your life for me on the cross of Calvary. I would feel like I had no options but to be courageous because if I did anything else I'd fail you.
It says it your word,
in Deuteronomy 31:6-8 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
You said you'd never leave me or forsake me and I took that with me in every battle I was in. Whenever the enemy tried to lie and tell me that I was alone in a world with billions of people that no one loved me, even used my own family against me I knew one thing. My God said he would never leave me and your word is true and you never lie. That was my armor. Lord, I found courage in you.
