Suprise date

Lexi's P.O.V
It was Saturday so I just closed my eyes again and tried to fall asleep. I was about to fall in a deep sleep when my phone rang. "Hello?" I said yawning. "Hey Babe I was thinking we could go on a date tonight" Jack said. "Sure were should we go"? I giggled. "Don't worry about that it's a surprise babe" Jack said. "I hate surprises" I groaned. "Well this is going to be the best surprise ever" Jack yelled. "Can't wait, bye babe" I said and then Jack hung up. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and do the usual. I put my hair up in a bun and went downstairs to get a breakfast. Right when I was about to grab a bowl for cereal my phone went off with a message. Sammy- hey did you want to get a breakfast at IHOP? the text read. "Sure pick me up in 5? I text back. "Ok cool" sammy texted back. I went upstairs and put on a maroon hoodie and black leggings. I heard a honk outside and ran downstairs. I put on my white converse and hopped in Sammy's car. "Hey Sammy" I said while I was closing the door. "Hey" Sammy mumbled. "Um what's wrong"? I asked him. "So I heard that you're dating Gilinsky" Sammy said while turning in to IHOP. "Uh yea why"? I asked while getting out of the car. He didn't say anything so I didn't bother asking anymore questions. We walking in and I immediately smelt pancakes and old people for some reason. We both got a booth to sit at and sat directly across each other. I was looking through the menu when all of a sudden sammy stared speaking. "I need to tell you something" sammy said looking kind of nervous. " ok what is it"? I questioned. " last night jack-" sammy said getting interrupted by the waitress. "Hello my name is Julie and I'll be you waitress, what can I get for you guys "? The waitress said. "Oh can I get the strawberry and banana pancake with orange juice please" I said. "I'll have the same but with a French vanilla coffee please" sammy said. "That will be right you for you guys" she smiled and walked away. " so what did you want to tell me earlier"? I asked. "Oh I'll tell you later" sammy said with his eyes glued on to his phone screen. -after eating-
Sammy drooped me off at my house. I was sitting on the coach flipping through some tv channels. I would once in awhile check my phone to see if Jack texted me or called me. I haven't heard from him all day. I decided to get ready for date tonight since he didn't tell me when the date would be, I texted him asking but he didn't text back. I went to my closet and looked for a nice dress to wear. I found a long sleeved lace white dress and slipped it on. (Picture up top)
