"Uh, so something blew up in the main tower. I was a few buildings away, but still felt it from here. This is my first break I've gotten so I guess I'll report what's been going on."
"We've been administering first aid to all the injured, but there are a lot of pretty messy injuries as well. I've had to operate rapidly on three people already, and we dragged one f*cked up guy who was somehow still alive from the ruins. Kept muttering something about "David Kim" ."
"They haven't given us any information on what happened yet or why it blew up, but it has caused us medics a lot of trouble. Some Galaxy-class gunships started evacing people to the ships above."
"God, I hope they can evacuate me out of here soon. It doesn't really feel safe anymore."

The crippling of the USR base on Proxima Centauri-B has been achieved by our inside team. Your objective was originally to eradicate all remaining survivors.
It has been edited after the number of USR vessels was confirmed. Experimental vessel Katrina has also made an individual jump with its built in core. Alongside your original objective, a new one has been set: To use this opportunity to test the ship's capabilities.
As always, all mechanical forces can be depleted carelessly. Be cautious with our human personnel, however.
