(Y/N)'s P.O.V
The ship to England was long and boring.
Most of the trip I watched the water on the deck. My father was working on his paperwork below and informed me not to bother him. So I sketched houses and other ships, read my favorite novels, and bothered the shipmates with useless knowledge about France's history. It made me laugh to see their annoyed faces as they attempted to mop the deck.
I was overjoyed when we finally arrived.
"Did you know that 80 to 90 percent of the population in middle age France was pheasantry?" I state to a man.
"I do now..." the man rolls his eyes, clearly bothered by my information I just shared.
"Well if 80 percent was poor, then only 20 percent were nobles. You can use simple math to-" I was cut off the boat coming to an abrupt stop and the captain exclaiming:
"We have reached our destination! We have arrived in England!"
I squealed so loud I think my family all the way back in France could hear me. I jumped up and down, shook the man's hand (and apologized for torturing him with my knowledge), and ran down to tell father.
"Père! Père! We've finally arrived!" I announce, pure excitement in my voice. My father looks up from his desk with a smile.
"Well, then why don't we head out then. Don't want to keep monsieur Phantomhive waiting." father happily beams.
We grab our bags and start up the stairs to the top deck. I've heard of England's beauty but it's even more lovely than I have ever imagined. The beautiful sapphire skies, the lush green grass, beautiful trees, and floral gardens. Lot's of citizens running around with their children buying sweets and goodies from different shops. Don't get me wrong, France is très beau, but there's something about bustling streets and real people living they're real lives that really makes a scene lovely.
We walk through the busy streets, searching for a coach that will take us to the Phantomhive manor.
I was quite excited to meet Lord Phantomhive. I've only ever heard of him and how he's famous for being one of the youngest earls to ever take over a family company. I own a Funtom bunny plush, I named it (Bunny's name). I got it as a gift from my father for my 10th birthday. He claimed it would help me with the death of my mother. My mother loved bunnies and rabbits. That's why our company is called 'Rabbit's Rose'.
Once we finally found a driver, he took us to the manor. We only had to stop once when this Chinese man and his... uh... I'm not exactly sure why the girl was with him.
"My, my. You have such lovely (Eye color) eyes and that dress really helps them shine. Don't you think so, Ran-Mao?" he asks the girl sitting on his lap. All she does is nod. I blush a bit at his kind comment.
"Thank you, sir. You're too kind." I reply with a small, shy smile. I look out the window. It's a beautiful, slightly cloudy fall day. The leaves are starting to turn alluring colors and fall off the branches.
We soon arrive, say farewell to our new "friends", and pay our driver. The manor is huge. A great deal bigger than ours. They have a long, paved walkway alined with beautiful arrangements of Tudor roses, daffodils, irises, orchids, and my personal favorite, daises. They were my mother's favorites and mine as well.
Overall, it's a very lovely estate.
We knock on the door and are greeted by a sweet-looking lady with oversized glasses. She looked a bit nervous so I tried giving her a reassuring smile. She notices and smiles back a bit more at ease.
"W-Welcome to the Phantomhive manor. How may I help you today?" she politely asks.
"I'm (Father's name) (L/N) of the 'Rabbit's Rose' floral company. I have a meeting with Lord Phantomhive. Oh yes! This is my daughter, (Y/N) (L/N)." he points to me and I nod. The maiden opens the door and leads us inside the large home.
She leads us to a room with a tall, black-haired, slightly scary man standing outside of it. He glances at us, then to the lady.
"Mey-Rin, who might these guests be?" the tall guy asks the woman, who I guess is named Mey-Rin.
"Oh, Mr. Sebastian! These lovely people are the (L/N)'s. They are here for a meeting with the young master, yes they are!" she salutes this "Mr. Sebastian" as he nods and goes inside the room. After about a minute, he comes out and welcomes us into the room. We hand him our luggage and head inside.
There sitting at a large walnut desk is a small, blue-haired boy who looks my age. He has one eye covered but the other is a beautiful deep blue. His face is expressionless but when he looks up and makes eye contact with me, a small blush is just barely visible. I let out a small chuckle at this early show of emotion. He gets up from his desk and walks over to us.
"Welcome, sir. I am Lord Ciel Phantomhive." he shakes my father's hand and then turns to me. He holds out his hand and I graciously accept it. His cheeks flare up a bit more and he lets out a smile. His lovely little grin causes some heat to come to my face. He brings my hand to his lips and lightly kisses it.
"And who might you be, my lovely lady?" Ciel asks as his lips part from my hand.
"(Y/N) (L/N). Daughter to (Father's name) (L/N) and heir to the 'Rabbit's Rose' company. Vous avez une très belle maison, monsieur Phantomhive. Un peu comme votre œil. Une nuance de bleu très éblouissante." I compliment in French. His eye widens before turning into a smirk.
{Translation: You have a very nice house, mister Phantomhive. Kind of like your eye. A very dazzling shade of blue.}
"Pourquoi je vous remercie, Mademoiselle. Vos yeux sont également très étonnante. Bien sûr, vos yeux ne sont pas seulement belle fonctionnalité. Vous êtes une très belle dame." he smoothly replied. My blush grows. My father clears his throat, ripping our eyes away from each other.
{Translation: Why thank you, Miss. Your eyes are also very amazing. Of course, your eyes are not your only beautiful feature. You are a very lovely lady.}
"Tu sais, je comprends tout ce que vous êtes en train de dire. Faites attention à ce que vous dites, Monseigneur." my father warns. Phantomhive's terrified and flustered face causes a laugh to escape me.
{Translation: You know, I understand everything you're saying. Be careful what you say, my lord.}
Lord Phantomhive blushes at my sudden giggle. He smiles at me before taking my hand, causing me to look up at him.
"Do you play chess?"

So they met Ciel and he seems to be interested in (Y/N).
So cute.
Meanwhile, I'm in the background trying to impress Mey-Rin.
I think she's scared of me now.
Anywho...
Au revoir, readers!
