(Y/N's P.O.V)
We just kept running. Ciel had put me down but that was the only time we had stopped. I've learned it's hard to run in heels. Like, extremely hard. My feet hurt so much. My ankles just burned with pain. Now I'm probably exaggerating a bit, but it damn well did feel uncomfortable.
I'm not even sure where we're running. We're just running through some insanely thick woods. There are branches everywhere. I've caught my dress on so many, the trim of it is shredded. I have leaves in my hair and- now, (Y/N). Quit your complaining. At least you're alive.
I can hear Alois behind me, panting, trying to keep up with Ciel and me. He's screaming at the top of his lungs.
"Claude! Claude!! Come save me, Claude!"
As for the bluenette, he's in front of both of us, yelling out.
"Sebastian! Sebastian!! Sebastian this is an order! Come here!"
Gosh, these boys are helpless. I roll my eyes.
"They aren't going to hear you. We're too far away." I gasp as we stop a tree to catch our breath. Alois wipes his forehead right before falling face-first into the ground, groaning. Ciel has a bit of trouble trying to breathe. I question it at first, but quickly remember Sebastian telling me about his asthma.
"They will. Give them a bit. They aren't like other butlers." Ciel tells me, steadying his breaths. I scoff. "What do you mean 'not like other butlers'? How different could they possibly be?" I ask. He looks nervous and starts to stammer some words I couldn't make out. Alois sits up, rubbing his head.
"Bloody hell, Ciel. Just tell her, she deserves to know," he tells the one-eyed boy, obviously annoyed. Alois stands up to dust off his shorts. I never understood his fascination with shorts. Sure, they seem comfortable, especially for warm weather, but it's rarely that warm here. And it doesn't help that he always wears the shortest pairs. I love him, but he sure can be confusing.
Enough about my cousin's weird attraction to shortened pants and back to Ciel. He's fidgeting with his eyepatch. I've noticed he does that a lot. It's almost like a stress reliever for him. Now that I think about it, I've never really questioned why he had an eyepatch. I always figured it was a sensitive subject and wasn't going to get involved, but maybe... it has something to do with Sebastian?
Ciel looks at me, a terrified look in his eye. He's sweating a bit. I've never seen him like this, so worried.
"Ciel are you alright?" I ask him. He nods. The way he nodded though told me otherwise. I shake my head. He sighs, still playing with his eyepatch.
"(Y/N), what I'm about to tell you might change the way you view me. Forever. You might see me as an unclean, impure, vile, hell-bound psychopath-" I cut him off with laughter. He stares at me, concerned. Alois does too.
"What!? Seriously!? Oh, come on. Why on Earth would I ever think that of you? What could you have done that would ever make me think that? The only thing I can think of is like, I don't know, sell your soul to the devil or something, but you would never..." I laughed. Alois and Ciel looked at each other, then back at me, and then back to each other.
"So... are you going to tell her?" the blonde boy asks the other. I stopped laughing.
"T-tell me what?"
