{(Y/N)'s P.O.V}

"We should go to a ball! Or host one! Or-" Alois says. He came over for breakfast this morning. We were talking but Ciel cut him off. How rude.

"No. Absolutely not." he proclaimed. "A gala would be a complete waste of our time. (Y/N) is probably tired from all her traveling and we still have to talk about our agreement. We never finished our meeting."

"Oh relax, Ciel. Going to a ball sounds very fun. I could use a fun party to get my mind off my father." I tell him, hitting him lightly on the arm. He blushes and sighs.

"I'm sorry dear, but there aren't any balls being hosted right now. We can't go to an imaginary party-" Sebastian walks in cutting him off.

"My lord, Viscount Druitt is inviting you and yours to a ball tonight. Would you like me to tell him we will be coming?" the butler asks. Alois and I cheer when Ciel gives in, nodding to Sebastian.

"Olé!" Alois yells, clapping his hands together. I laugh and spin around. Ciel rolls his eyes at our childish behavior.

"Well, if we're going to a gala, we should dress nicely. (Y/N) did you bring any formal wear?" the bluenette asks. I think back to what I packed. Damn it.

"No, I don't think so." I sigh. Ciel smirks.

"Well with no formal wear, we can't go," he concludes. He opens a book from on his lap and sips his tea. I sit and think: how can I quickly find a formal dress to wear? Alois and I really want to go and, seeing how pale Ciel is, he could use some time outside. Alois perks up.

"I know! Nina Hopkins! The seamstress! She's made many of my suits and she makes them very quickly. She made the suit I'm wearing right now!" he points to his large green overcoat. Ciel snickers.

"She must not be very good then." I smack him.

"Be nice. That would be lovely! Great idea, Ali." I say. Alois smiles. I grab my purse to see how much money I had for a new gown. I was upset when all I found was fifteen measly euros. I did the math and usually, a well-made dress is around three-hundred euros. Damn it yet again. This would barely buy me broach.

{Note de l'auteur: If there is a different rule with euros or something I messed up, tell me. I'm not from a country that does not uses euros so It's possible I made some errors.}

"I'm sorry, Alois. We can't. I don't have enough money for a gown right now. I donated the money from the estate to my aunt so she could continue her shop." I sigh. Well, maybe the next ball opportunity we'll make it. But we'll have to sit this one out.

"Nonsense! You don't have to pay for your gown. I'll pay. You want to go to this gala as much as I do. It's my treat. Think of it as an apology for forgetting about you for all those years." Alois calmly tells me. I panic.

"N-No I couldn't! I can't make you spend your money-"

"Oh quiet. I've got tons of money. I'd be more than happy to share some with you." he smiles. I sigh in defeat.

"Alright," I say and he smiles. He grabs my hand and we run out.

{Quick Ciel's P.O.V}

I hear them talking but I'm not paying attention. I'm looking through a catalog for a gift for (Y/N). There are watches, handbags, fans, hats, and a lot more but nothing that seemed to be right. Nothing that would please my lovely (Y/N).
