bipolar disorder wasn't something to be excited about. the moment i was first told i was bipolar, i lashed out. and it was beyond my control to do so.
i vaguely remember hurting few people before i was rushed out and put under some type of medicine. it happened when i was only 7 years old, and i'm 23 now.
so i've been dealing with this for awhile. there's one major thing that i'm worried about, though. my best friend sam, doesn't even know i'm bipolar.
he hasn't found out because i take pills to help keep it down a bit. they help me last through a couple hours, before it comes back and everything goes wrong from there.
i'm glad he doesn't know. i'm glad because if he knew, he'd think i'm a freak and leave, just like everyone else. even my parents.
i cant help but feel somewhat guilty that he doesn't know and i'm keeping such a big and important thing a secret. but it's probably best for the both of us.
