I gave her a unsure look, not fully believing her. "Coach, I know I'm only a sophomore and still young, but that doesn't mean I don't understand the struggle of high school. I know nearly everyone here, all students and teachers combined, everyone gives all newcomers a hard time. It's because they've got nothing better to do with themselves, I know Coach Sylvester and Mr. Shue are giving you a rough time, I saw them a couple of days ago laughing at the pizza trouble." She looks at me and continues listening to my words, "but trust me, Mr. Shue is not a bad guy, he's the best teacher I've ever had here, he's helped me through some pretty tough times and I'm not the only person he's been there for. He's only acting this way because Coach Sylvester is making him do it, he wouldn't purposely act harmful towards someone in anyway shape or form. Coach Beiste, you're an amazing teacher, and I love helping you out because it makes me happy knowing someone is happy. Don't doubt yourself over some silly teenage antics some immature people are pulling, if you ever need anyone, I'm here."
