Ding!

Arthit rolled over in his bed, hand searching around his bed for his phone and peeked an eye open to read the notification on the bright screen. He rubbed his eyes a little and squinted at the blur of text, his groggy vision slowly coming back to focus.

Good morning, P'Arthit :)
I might have woken you up with this text but if you don't get ready now, you'll be late.

Unable to fight the smile that was creeping up his face, Arthit texted back:

So annoying :|
But thanks!

Arthit hit the send button and buried his face into the pillow, cheeks warming up slowly. Screaming into the pillow like a lovesick schoolgirl, he stopped when he realized how ridiculous he was acting. Damn Kongpob for making him do things like these.

He stifled a yawn as he got out of the bed, opened the curtains and cursed a little at the bright sunlight before padding over to the bathroom to wash up. He smiled at his own reflection in the mirror as he brushed his teeth.

There were no words to describe how happy he felt despite being woken up at such an ungodly hour — and it was all because of one person.

Kongpob Suthiluck.

Memories of last night came flooding back and he slapped himself lightly, unable to handle the embarrassment. They'd confessed to each other at the university's park late last evening and Kongpob had kissed him... thrice. The first time after Kongpob had told the senior that he loved him back, the second after the first kiss — well, it was a small peck but it was still considered a kiss, right? — and the third time, right before Arthit got out of the train.

Arthit splashed some cold water on his face when it occurred to him that all the three kisses were done in public. He bit his towel and squealed into it while drying his face. How was he supposed to face Kongpob today?

Everything was... too much.

He felt like he was going to die of happiness but at the same time, of embarrassment.
