  "Thanks for bringing me food," the purple eyed girl said, happily slurping down the ramen noodles. The boy blushed in response and scratched the back of his head in embarrassment.

  "No problem Ilya-chan, training can be rough sometimes 'ttebayo," the blond said back. He was also eating a bowl of the ramen, and although they had to share her tiny wooden table he was still just grateful for the chance to actually speak with someone who doesn't just tolerate him.

  She slurped up her bite of noodles and gave him a small smile. Ramen was a new experience for her and she said so. His disbelieving face and the shock in eyes as he registered that fact made her laugh.

  "But... but-but-but-but-but! Ramen is the bestest creation ever 'ttebayo!" He cried out. He went off on a rant about how great it is.

  She smiled at him indulgently, "since you love it so much aren't you glad you're here for my first time?" She asked him.

  "... aren't you glad you're here for my first time?" I heard my sweet angel say and I frowned, dirty mind leaping with joy into the gutter. I nearly sobbed, but remained silent and pressed my ear against the door for a couple minutes of silence.

  "That's it! Dattebayo!" I heard an annoyingly familiar voice shout out and my frown turned into a scowl.

  I knocked on the door, trying in vain to remove the scowl off my face. Ilya opened it a moment later, fully clothed and not a hair out of place. Thank god. "Kiba!" She said, my name rolling off her tongue gave me shivers up my spine. "What can I do for you?"

  I shook myself out of those thoughts, focusing on the beautiful girl in front of me. "I came to check up on you after your first day of training," I said, giving the goddess a smirk. She opened the door wider with a smile, inviting me in and I stepped gratefully inside, glaring at the blond kid.

  "Oh hi Naruto," I said, scowl in place. He looked up from his food and choked.

  "Kiba!" He exclaimed, standing up in shock after he managed to stop choking on his beloved food. So this is what she meant by a first time. "What're you doing here!?"

  I looked over to Ilya, feeling a blush creep up on my face, and quickly turned back to Naruto, "What's it matter to you?" I asked snidely. What is he even doing here.

  He scowled back at me, squinted and looked back and forth from me to Ilya. I glanced back at her and she had closed the door, standing there awkwardly. God how much more cuter can she get?

  I turned back to Naruto and saw a grin stretch across his face. Oh no. He can totally see it. "Oooohhhh I see how it is," he said, a weird expression crossing his face, and staying there. It looked lecherous.

  I glared at him, sending him telepathic threats and obscenities. He stood up, hopefully frightened by my male dominance, "imma just leave you two to it then," he smirked. (Aight imma head out)

  My glare dropped into an expression of surprise and he elbowed me as he walked past, Ilya opening the door for him and still in a state of utterly adorable confusion and awkwardness. She closed the door behind him as he snickered, turning to me with a question on her face. How can she be so expressive but not at the same time and make it look adorable? Sasuke just looks like a dick doing it.

  I shrugged at her in response and flopped into one of the absolutely uncomfortable plastic chairs. "Beats me."

    ~~~~~~~~* (I'm so blind I gotta slowly count the squiggles) (several times)
  The two talked for a long time, sunset slowly encroaching and passing by. Soon it was well into the night, and both were yawning.
  "I should get home," Kiba said yawning right after. Ilya yawned right after him, yawns are contagious after all. She looked outside, her biological clock telling her it was nearing midnight.
  "You could just spend the night here," she said, smothering a yawn.
  Kiba, mid-yawn, sputtered and flushed profusely. "Tha-th-there's no w-way I c-could im-impose on you like t-that," he managed to get out.
  "Oh you wouldn't be imposing at all," she said, standing up and grabbing his hand. She pulled him down the hall to what he assumed her bedroom and he immediately lost the chance to say no.
  If he was more honest with himself he'd be more openly shocked at how plain her room was, despite him knowing she was basically a nomad and only had to carry the essentials. No girl he had known until now hadn't not ever been obsessed with boys. (Basically he's saying they all have been. I might just be tired but I confused myself for a good minute there trying to figure it out)
  "It's so plain," he blurted out and started to curse himself to the lowest depths of hell.
  "Yup," she said, "I've never seen the point of having a lot of clutter in a room," she smiled at him, "I'd much rather enjoy the clutter of nature anyways."
