The elevator door opened up only for me to meet an anxious Pauline. "Madam, you have a guest, he is in your office." I nodded while opening my door, only to find Vincent in my seat. I turned to look at Pauline who took a step back. "I tried Madam, he was insistent." Men with no stamina have no right being insistent to sit on my fucking chair. I walked in my office slamming the door in her face. I plastered a smile on my face.

"You are too hard on her." I shrugged. "I wasn't expecting to see you today, after last night thought you might not want to speak to me again." He shrugged at that too. "I bet this is a business visit so I'll get to it." I walked to him, placing my bag on the desk, opened the top drawer, and removed the contract. "You're quick." "I wanted to come with it to dinner but I wasn't sure you would help me." He smiled, wrapping an arm around my waist. "But you haven't fulfilled your end of the bargain." I looked at him and he nodded to his dick. I looked at it, he wasn't even hard and he was asking for a fucking blowjob. Very, very, absolutely very stupid man. I smiled. "If I recall I gave you something more but you couldn't hold out for me." "You play dirty." I smiled. "I told you bad boys don't get what they want." He laughed, squeezing my butt. "This bad boy is gonna get what he wants." I smiled tilting my head at him. Poor man with a huge ego.

He let go of me, taking a pen out of his suit jacket and signing the document. I laughed inward. He just signed his downfall. They all underestimate me. I can't play dirty. I am such a by-the-book businesswoman. He thought that, which is why he didn't bother reading the fucking document. He was up for a surprise. He stood up, taking his phone while looking at me. "You can come up now." He cut the call without listening to the response. "After were done with everything else, you owe me a fuck." I smiled, pulling on his tie so we are on the same level. "I owe you nothing." A challenge lit up in his eyes. Just because he got me in bed, didn't mean he could push me around. It wasn't a play hard- to-get move, it was the final word. I let go, pressing the intercom button. "Get my lawyers in here asap."

It was as expected. The man signing the contract, getting me under his thumb, expecting me to stay seated and listen to every word he says like a god and just nod yes then fuck him while saying thank you when all this is done. We were in the second step. I am happy to say the rest won't go according to his plan. He was smug all the time, looking at me when his lawyer outlines the terms and conditions of the business relationship. I hand over my shares to him meaning he becomes majority shareholder in the company. I take a management level in the company meaning he was my boss, what he says goes. I do not make any business decision without the primary and secondary investor's permission or green light. That was the most interesting part, where mystery was final solved.

Lawrence and Vincent were in this together, becoming antagonistic to the public, so if someone didn't want to do business with Lawrence they would go to his quote unquote enemy. When they come together, Vincent takes over the company with Lawrence buying the rest of the majority shares. Vincent was Lawrence's plan B. I had to give it to the man. He thought of everything, too bad they keep on making the same mistakes. Underestimating me.

When Vincent's lawyer was done, I nodded to my lawyers, keeping eye contact with Vincent. "According to the contract, the party has to fulfil his part first before his demands are met." Aaron spoke out, directing the statement to Vincent Lawyers and he nodded. The contract he signed was passed to a scrawny looking man seating next to the lawyer, probably the account. He perused the contract, his eyes nearly budging out. "What's the hold up?" Vincent asked, which made the man tap very quickly on his little tablet and passes it on to the big boss.

It was Vincent's final chance to see the light, yet he was so over the clouds he just didn't want to see the ground. Too bad, he will be falling on it hard. He put his palm print on the screen and put the final nail on the coffin by giving his voice recognition. Aaron's assistant tapped my shoulder and gave me a view of the cash transaction. It was all in the bank. Forty two billion dollars. I nodded. "First order of business," he nodded to his cock. The stupid ass man hard he audacity to see me fall infront of my fucking employees, just to show everyone in this room who is boss. I smiled at him, "no." "You signed the contract as did I. I am your boss now, you do what I tell you to do."

"No, I don't have to do squat. You ain't the boss of me" "Honey don't test me I could take all this away now if you break the terms of our contract." "I am not breaking any," I told him bluntly. "You see Mr. Mounch" Aaron began, according to the original contract, your demands were already outlined and you agreed to them when you signed the papers." He stood up, ready to throw a punch. "I did not agree to anything."

"Well, according to this," he flipped the contract. "you bought Velvet Industries majority shares for forty two billion dollars and gave you're consent to be a silent investor, with no decision making abilities when it comes to the management and the day to day running of the business, neither will you be involved in any way with the business process of its subsidiaries. In addition, Mrs. Core remains the majority shareholder and will be your representative in board meeting. Apart from this, the signed contract shows that there will be no affiliation, partnership, or any involvement of Thunder industries in the running, management or any matter that concerns this company. Failure to adhere to this terms, will be a breach of contract, which leave Mrs. Core the majority share holder of both your shares and hers and in compensation will be your investments. You signed right below that."

He was furious. I swear if he could remove steam from his ears, he would. I made sure he put every penny he was worth, his assets, his saving, his liability and all his companies. Right now, he was worth spare change and if he broke every single one of the terms he agreed to, then he'll be penniless. He grabbed the contract, taking it and reading it fast as he paced, with his companions looking at him like a nervous wreck. This was not going well and Vincent knew it, but he was also cunning I was sure he was looking for a loop hole which he would find. Aaron looked at me, a sweat forming at his brow. I was still cool and collected.

After pacing a few minutes, he turned to us, a victorious smile on his face. He locked eyes with me. "Everybody leave." He said. Like a god, his will was obeyed by his people, who wasted no time to get up and hurry out the door. Mine waited for my instructions, keeping eye contact, I nodded and they got up and left. Vincent laughed, "You really thought you could get away with this didn't you?" I shrugged. "It was worth a shot." My response had him staring at me like he didn't know me. "Well, that shot cost you your whole business. This contract has twenty four hours before it is legally binding, you knew I would know that, yet you choose to risk it all." "I didn't risk it all, Vincent, I merely played a hand, a hand which I knew I would win."
" Win, darling, you don't get to walk from this as a winner, as soon as I revoke this, you'll be swimming with the sharks with no lifeline." "Ah but you won't be doing that. You see if you pull your investment then that will force me to release this." I took the remote from the coffee table and pressed the play button, lighting up the twenty-four inch screen gracing my wall. A video popped up, showing him in bed bounded and saying his name and that he liked to play.

He looked at me not willing to give up his winning hand. "You're bluffing." "Am I?" I lifted an eyebrow with him. "So what? I pull my investment and you release this?" "Yes." "I doubt you would do that, Denise you don't have it in you." "You don't know what I am capable of Vincent, I would do anything for my business, anything, even this." "Don't play games that you don't understand the rules Denise." "I don't have to understand, I need to survive, play your hand as you wish but I am not losing my company. All you have to do is let the contract be binding and you can have the video." "You would have me loss all my businesses just to save yours?" "Yes."

He laughed, "You are one crazy and stupid bitch. You will get nothing, nothing. I will ruin you for this." "Ruin me; if I release what I have then it will be the first domino to make the rest fall. Are you willing to bet that forty two billion dollars on it. Your payoffs might keep people silent but the money is never enough. It might be romours but everyone knows there is dirt under your rag and when it comes to light, it will be seen for what it is."

He moved fast, a hand coming to myneck. "Go ahead." His rage was internal but spoke volumes as he tightened hishand over my throat. I was gasping for breath when released me. "The momentthat contract is binding, you better count your blessings. You better back outbefore it's too late for you," and with that he walked out the door. Huh,classic misdirection, in short I would never get to see the fruits of mydeceit.
