Anxiety - Chapter Two

4 hours later (10 PM)

Remus's POV

I'd lay in my bed, trying to get to sleep, and my heart would start beating faster, "Great... Anxiety attack at 10." I'd think, due to knowing the symptoms of me about to have an anxiety attack, I'd start to breathe faster, and my mind would be swirling with intrusive thoughts that I wished would just go away. I'd start to yell for help, desperate for someone to come comfort me. I started screaming, the intrusive thoughts trying to take over me.

Deceit's POV

I was just laying down in my bed, about to go to sleep, and then I heard someone yell "DECEIT, SOMEONE, HELP!" I'd quickly get out of bed, and I'd rush to Remus's room, I started hearing screaming and crying, I'd run as fast as I could, I opened Remus's door to find a sobbing Remus who seemed to be having.. An anxiety attack? I'd get into his bed to comfort Remus, he said weakly "I'm.. Sorry" I would try to comfort him and teach him a breathing exercise that Virgil taught me before going to the light sides "Shhh.. It's okay. Breathe in, for four seconds, hold your breath, for seven seconds, now breathe out for eight seconds, that's it, just repeat that until you have normal breathing" I would say, trying my best to comfort the shaking and crying Remus. Remus would do the breathing exercise about 5 times before he was able to talk normally, "Now, what is going on?" I'd ask. "I..It's about... Earlier." I'd sigh, "I'm sorry about earlier, I should have controlled myself better. Sometimes my scales are kind of sensitive and I can be defensive over them sometimes." I'd say. "Is there anything that calms you down when this happens?" I'd ask, trying to get Remus to feel better, knowing that this was probably my fault. "Well.... Horror movies tend to get me to feel better." He'd say. I'd think "Oh no, I freaking hate horror movies, oh well, I want Remus to feel better. So it's worth it.", "Alright, is there a specific one you want to watch?" I'd say caringly, "Why am I feeling this way?" I'd ask myself in my head. "Well, I've always wanted to see IT but I've never had the time to." He'd say, with an adorable accent I couldn't help but smile about "Alright, well let's go watch IT than." I'd say, getting off the bed and holding my hand out to Remus. He'd take my hand and hop off the bed happily. Seeing him so happy was the best thing I had ever seen. We'd go to the dark side's living room together, we'd sit on the couch, he was on the left side, I was on the right, he noticed I was wearing slippers with a double-headed snake and said "Ooh I like your slippers!". "Thanks!" I said, getting the remote to turn on the TV. I'd put on Netflix to find IT, "One or two-" I asked, turning my head over towards him to find him eating.. Deodorant? "One." He said, making an obnoxiously loud chewing noise while saying it. "O..Okay then." I said, extremely confused to why he was eating deodorant. I'd turn on IT, "Oh, okay! This isn't that bad!" I'd think at the beginning of the movie

Remus's POV

Deceit had just turned on the TV and went to Netflix, I decided that I was hungry so I conjured some deodorant for me to eat during the movie, Deceit asked me, "One or two-" and he turned his head towards me to see me eating deodorant. I said "One." while unknowingly chewing very loudly. He said "O..Okay then." and he turned it on. About 20 minutes into the movie, just when it was getting scary he hissed loudly at the TV screen and crawled up into a ball on my lap. I blushed tomato red, "Omg why is he so cute when he hisses-" I thought. Really wanting to pat his head but afraid to.

Roman's POV (Bet you weren't expecting that)

I heard loud screaming from the dark side's territory, I obviously wanted to know what was going on but I was scared to go up there, something must have happened because I'm two floors below the dark side's bedrooms and one floor from their living room and kitchen, I got up from my bed and crept down the halls to the staircase, I snuck up there on tippy-toes, in my pajamas, sleep mask on my forehead and everything, I saw one figure sitting on the couch watching a horror movie "Classic dark sides." I thought, not even knowing who and why there was screaming. I snuck up behind a wall and I saw Deceit cuddled up in Remus's lap. "I ship it" I whispered, thinking nobody could hear me, Remus straightened up in alarm and he whispered "Deceit, wake up, I heard somebody.", Remus paused the show and Deceit sat up, I shouted "I SAID I SHIP IT!" as obnoxiously as possible, Remus turned his head towards me and said "Checkmate! I ship you and Virgil." I blushed furiously. So was Deceit I said "Okay, ship moment over, who was screaming a few minutes ago?". "Remus was having an anxiety attack." I ran towards Remus, picked him up and said "Nuuuuuuuu my poor anxious lil brother!!!!" Remus said "Shut up Roman, I was born a few MINUTES after you.", I replied with "Still you are my little bro and I shall take care of you!" Remus sighed and said " Can you at least put me down?" "Fine." I said. I put Remus Down, "Enjoy your little movie date!" I said, Running back down the stairs, Remus shouted "HEY!" and he went tomato red
