Chapter 22: hurt

I look at the key rack and see Taes keys are gone, I run outside to go see if Taes car was out there and it was gone.

Yoongi's P.O.V

I call Tae like a million times before I run back inside to tell Jungkook and Hobi that I saw Taes car was gone, I start crying, "Yoongi calm down." Jungkook tries to comfort me but I push him away, "How!? I don't know why he's mad or sad! I don't know where he went or where he could've gone!! I don't even know what to do!!" I fall to my knees and put my head in my hands.

"Maybe he went to Jin hyungs place." Hobi says and I look up. "Yeah maybe." I sniffle and grab my keys, "You guys go look other places." I say as I rush out the door and get to my car. "Calm down..." I think to myself as I start the car.

I get to Jins house a few minutes later and rush to the door, *knock knock* Jin yells "Coming!" From inside, I grow impatient as Jin takes forever to get to the door, he opens the door and looks confused, "Yoongi? Are you okay?!" Jin asks concerned. I start crying, "No!" Jin hugs me, "What why? What happened?" I struggle to catch my breath and find my words, we go inside and he takes off his apron,

I sit on the couch and Jin sits on the one across from me, "I can't find Tae..." I rub my eyes from crying again and Jin gets shocked, "What do you mean?!?" He gets scared and grabs his phone, "Jungkook and Hobi came over for me to talk to Jungkook, well explain later, and I hugged Jungkook and Tae was on my lap then when I broke the hug Tae was gone, his car and everything!" I say really quickly and Jin looks shocked.

"How long has he been gone?" Jin asks thinking after a little, "About an hour now." Jin thinks some more, "We'll he might be with Namjoon-" "What?!?" I cut Jin off and immediately apologize, "Yeah, Namjoon got a call about an hour ago then ran out the door in a hurry, I thought it was because of work but now that you explain that it makes more sense." I hug Jin, "Thank you thank you thank you, but do you know where they are?" I sniffle.

"Well whenever Namjoon takes Tae out it's mostly to like the beach or something where Tae likes to relax." Yoongi thinks for a moment, "Okay, I'll check there." I get up and bow to Jin, "Thank you, sorry for bringing all my problems to you." I laugh nervously and Jin smiles, "No problem Yoongs." I smile then walk out to my car.

"Where would Tae be to relax? Why would he call Namjoon?" I think for a moment then gasp and turn my car on, I call Jungkook, "Hello?" Jungkook picks up, "Hey Kookie have you found Tae?" I ask driving, "No... I'm scared about him." Jungkook sniffles, I can tell he's been crying. "Do you know places where Namjoon takes Tae?" I ask and Jungkook stops sniffling.

"Why?" He says confused, "I talk to Jin hyung and he said Namjoon left around the same time Tae left, and Namjoon and Tae have a close bond with each other so I'm thinking that they're together somewhere." Jungkook hums then stays quiet for a second. "Oh!" Jungkook says finally getting an idea, "They always go to a museum then to the beach!" I smile, "Thanks Kookie! But do you know what beach?" I ask, "I think it was near Seo-Gu." I could tell Jungkook was smiling as he says that. "Kay, thanks Kook!" I hang up and head over to the beach.

"fuck me it's a long way away." I hit my head on the steering wheel then start driving. It was already 11 when I started driving, but from Seoul to Seo-Gu fuck me, about 30 minutes in I start falling asleep behind the wheel so I pull over and call Namjoon, "I'm so stupid why didn't I think of this before?" After a few rings I thought Namjoon wasn't going to answer so I was about to hang up but he does end up answering.

"Hello?" Namjoon says, "Hey Namjoon... is Tae with you?" Namjoon pauses for a minute I'm guessing to look at Tae for an answer, "Yeah... he's with me. Where are you?" He asks and I could tell he was packing up some stuff, "About  an hour away from Seo-Gu." Namjoon sighs and then say something to Tae, "We'll meet you where you are now..." Namjoon hangs up before I can say anything, I go over to a rest stop where I park so I'm not in an unsafe zone.

I wait for an hour for Namjoon and Tae, I mostly wait by sleeping. I wait up an hour later and try to call Namjoon but he doesn't answer, "well fuck" I think to myself as I lean back down in my chair, I start dozing off until I hear a knock at my window, it's Namjoon, I roll the window down, "Yoongi Tae needs to say something's to you..." Namjoon looks back at Tae who can't even look at me, I feel my heart drop and my hands are shaking, I get out of my car and go to try to hug Tae.

"No!" Tae yells and pushes me away, "I'm done!" He starts crying, "Y-You use me as a stress reliever th-then completely ig-ignite me when you talk to-to Jungkook!!" I can feel my heart in my throat, "Baby-" "Dont 'baby' me!!" Tae cuts me off, "You know how jealous I get! You knew that when you hugged Jungkook like that!!"

"Tae it wasn't like that..." I try to talk but once again Tae cuts me off, "Then what was it like?!? Huh?! You guys used to date! Do you expect to be okay with that long of a hug?!?" I'm so shocked I couldn't tell I was crying I try to hug Tae again, "Don't touch me!! Why don't you go hug Kookie! Since you're still in love with him!!" Tae yells and cry more, "No Tae I love you!" Namjoon just stares at us "I don't care!!Were done Yoongi!!"
