Is That You?

Deku's PoV

I watched Kacchan walk out the door. It made my cheeks heat up just a little bit thinking about how he seemed so nice. He even smiled at me! Maybe he actually likes me back!

" Kachan wait up your running to fast!" I shouted as I tried to run after the small boy.

" Come on Deku keep up!" The blonde shouted back.

I kept trying to keep up with him,  but my little legs couldn't carry me that fast. But, I kept running through the hurt of my sides and my loss of my breath. At some point I closed my eyes, thinking that if I did I would some how start to run faster.

" Deku watch out!" I heard Kacchan shout. I opened my eyes just in time to see my foot hovering over a ledge. I couldn't stop. In that moment I felt my self starting to fall forward. Just then I was pulled back by my shirt falling backwards on my savior.

After a moment to breathe I looked up to be face to face with an angry looking Kachan. " Damn it Deku... watch were your going next time... you damn nerd." He said out of breath, as if he had just run a marathon.

Still looking up at him my eyes started to water, and soon enough full tears were coming out from them. " Hey it alright now...Your lucky I saved you or else you'd be- you... your just lucky I'm here. But next watch were your going okay?" He spoke in a soft tone, one I didn't hear from him very often. Mostly when we were alone.

I nodded my head and buried my face in his chest. I rapped my arms around him and continued to cry. He returned my hug with a hug of his own. We stayed in that position until I stopped crying. I finally looked up at him still sniffling.

" Th-thanks Kacchan," I said smiling up at him. The blonde stared at me, a little pink on his cheeks.

"Anytime Deku!" He said getting back more of his egotistic attitude. " Your just lucky I like you and have the best quirk that's gonna make me the greatest hero!"

I giggled at his enthusiasm and nodded my head in agreement. " I can't wait till I get my quirk then we can be hero's together! Right Kacchan?"

" Yup, but your quirk still won't be as good as mine!"

" Deku,"someone saying my name pushed me out of my thoughts, making me look around for the voice. I finally caught eye of Mr. Aizawa on the floor in his yellow sleeping bag. " Come here," he said in a bored tone.

I shook my hair out and slowly made my way off the desk. When I got down I trotted over to Aizawa, then stopped and sat right In front of him.

" Meow!" I said greeting him. Then suddenly I was pulled into a hug and almost squeezed to death by a large pair of arms. When I was finally released from the jaws of death I gave a tiny glare up to the man. He chuckled a bit before getting serious again.

" Okay listen up," I started to sit up as he spoke. " I'm going to ask you some yes or no questions. If the answer is yes meow, if no stay silent, understand?" I meowed at him. He nodded content that I understood the concept.

" I'm speaking to Midoriya Izuku right now yes?"

" Meow."

" Hah geez..." he sighed. " Of course it's actually you, no normal cat would be able to do the things your doing..." That's what I thought too!! But no one in class thinks that even for a second that I could be me! " Man, Maybe I should question how smart some of you are." I meowed in agreement.

" Okay have you been like this for... like what a day and a half or so?"

" Meow."

" You've also been staying with Bakugo correct? Is he treating you well?" I gave him a nod and a happy meow. " Okay Okay so..." he paused looking up at the clock on the wall. " We have 20 minutes till lunch ends so let's go see Recovery Girl then come back." He started to get up, not wanting to walk all the way there I jumped on his shoulder.

" You ready now?" His question was returned with yet another meow. Then, we were of to see Recovery Girl.

Lunch ends in five minutes so everyone will be back soon. I was was sitting back on my desk thinking about what Recovery girl told us. So the quirk only lasts a week or so. So I'll be back to normal sometime next week. Aizawa told me that he'd inform my mom about the situation, and that he'll inform the class that I'm off on family matters, so no one would get suspicious.

He also asked me a few more questions to try and understand what happened to me. When he learned that it wasn't a villain he became less concerned over the matter.

Just then the bell rang, signaling lunch was over, and soon enough students were filling in. I watched people come in, some waved at me or even came over to give me a pat. I watched Kacchan walk in with Kirishima. I'm not sure why, but seeing those two walking close together and whispering made me a little angry. So, I decided to run over to greet them.

When I reached their feet I stopped and gave them a big meow. Both the boys eye immediately went to look at me. " Hey what's up tiny Deku?" Kirishima asked as he picked me up, and put me on his shoulder. I meowed at him happily. I'm really enjoyed being carried on someone's shoulder, it was a fun way to get around.

Then I heard a chuckle come out of Kacchans mouth, I turned to look at him. " Hey nerd look what I got you." I immediately stood up my claws slightly digging into the, now hardened, boy I was sitting on.

FOOD! Yay Kacchan your the best! " Here, come on I'll put it out so you can eat it." I was then carried back to my desk. When we reached it I jumped down off of the red haired boy and meowed up at Kacchan. " Okay geez calm down," he laughed.

When he finally set it out I didn't even care what it was, I just dug in. I was chewing my food when Mr. Aizawa walked in with All Might. Huh I wonder if he told All Might about me being a cat. " Okay Listen up you brats," Aizawa spoke making everyone quiet down, " in a little bit we're going to go to the training grounds to do some new training we came up with."

All the students got exited about having to do something new, and not the same boring old training. " Also," my ears perked up as he continued, " bring Deku."

Boom baby another chapter! I actually really enjoyed writing this one. Idk why I just did. But! I wonder what they'll need Deku for?? Oooooo who knows lol.... okay that wasn't funny.
