More Than Just Flesh And Bones

Chapter 3

(Y/N) grumbled as she walked towards the grocery store after her classes had ended for the day. "Those boys are going to raid my pantry before the day ends. I'd only stocked up with enough food to last myself a week. With them staying there for God knows how long, this is gonna be hard for my wallet." Grumbled (Y/N) under her breath as she bought more food for the apartment.
(Y/N) staggered towards the apartment with at least 8 bags in her arms.
"Holy shit (Y/N), you look like you could use some help" Yelled Delta from the balcony before rushing downstairs and down the street before grabbing all the bags from (Y/N), who was now huffing and sweating. "T-thanks Delta" Said (Y/N) as she managed to pant out the words.
"Don't mention it. We're living together now so it's the least I can do" Smiled Delta as he carried the bags almost effortlessly. (Y/N) smiled at Delta as the two of them continued walking. "We really appreciate you letting us stay with you. Sorry for all the trouble we cause" Said Delta and smiled sweetly and (Y/N) blushed a little, 'He looks better than most real human boys his age. This is so weird'  thought (Y/N) as she nodded happily. "Glad to be able to help" She giggles and smiles before she hears another familiar voice that came rushing down the stairs. "You guys should've told me to help tooooooo. I'm so bored at home. Charlie and Blue won't let me help them with their research. Apparently I get distracted too easily" Chuckled Echo as he grabbed 4 bags from Delta and walked next to (Y/N). "(Y/N) , I want to let you know that I'm alright after you shoved toothpaste in my eye. It's all cool. We can be best friends now. It'll be super fun" Squealed Echo before squeezing her into a tight hug. "I hope you're not holding the bag with the eggs in it. Bestie" Giggles (Y/N) nervously.
The three of them quickly proceeded to walk inside, and then Delta and Echo walked into the kitchen and began putting everything in it's rightful place.
(Y/N) was about to close the door when her neighbour, Mrs Cooper waved at her. "Oh (Y/N), I've been meaning to ask you. Have you seen my cat? The poor dear ran outside last night and I haven't seen her since. " Sighed the elderly lady as she shook her head from side to side. "I'm sorry Mrs Cooper,I haven't, but I think-" Began (Y/N) before she was interrupted. "She ran out onto the road. She's fine though. The little girls family across the street has her. Good day" Said Charlie before he yanked (Y/N) backwards, using her shirt collar, and slammed the door shut.
"Hey! What the hell was that about? I was talking" Exclaimed (Y/N), who had now been pushed onto a sofa.
"Stop whining. It's annoying. You were taking too long talking and I knew the answer while you didn't. You're welcome" Grumbled Charlie as he began walking away.
"Don't you talk to me like that! You're staying at my house. Stop pushing me around" Yelled (Y/N) as she quickly walked after him.
"Well here's something interesting I found today, that's coming in handy right now" Smirked Charlie before flipping (Y/N) off as he walked into her bedroom and slammed the door in her face.
"Asshole! " She yelled as she leaned her back against the door and massaged her temples.
"Did Charlie do something again? " Asked Blue as he walked up to (Y/N) and smiled gently.
"He's just so cold. Does he hate me or something? " Asked (Y/N), as she looked at Blue, a little confused.
"No. He's just a little cold in general. Don't worry about him. He'll come around. Meanwhile I've got some exciting news for you. " Said Blue eagerly as he grinned from ear to ear.
"What is it? " Asked (Y/N) curiously as she tilted her head to a side.
"We have decided that you're going to be our mate. Honestly we're not taking many of your opinions about it into consideration. All I know is that you'll love us and we'll love you. It was meant to be" Chuckled Blue as (Y/N) just stared at him, dumbstruck before she giggled nervously. "This is a joke right? You're kidding. Very funny" Giggled (Y/N) as she began slowly sliding away into the bathroom. "Oh I'm serious (Y/N), dead serious" Growled Blue as he walked in after her, shape shifting into his raptor form just as she turned on the bathroom lights.
(Y/N) tried to scream, but before she could even get a word out, Blue had her pinned against the bathroom wall with a claw under her chin. "Scream and I'll slit that pretty throat of yours and send your blood spilling. Frankly I wouldn't prefer that when it could be put to better use. "
(Y/N) whimpered gently and cried, while the raptor looked down at her expectantly. She knew he was waiting for an answer and nodded gently, tears streaming down her face. Blue shape shifted back, still pinning (Y/N) against the wall in his human form. "You're going to let my brothers believe that you voluntarily and whole heartedly agreed to do this. You're going to be nice to them, and they aren't going to force you around too much. Understood? " Asked Blue seriously as (Y/N) gently nodded. "Good" He grinned and let her go. "Freshen up. Delta is going to be making dinner soon. I'll break the news then. Everyone's going to love it. You're in for a real treat (Y/N). Don't worry, we'll treat you right." Blue grinned and walked out of the bathroom, leaving (Y/N) to freshen up and cry her eyes out as she tried to process her current situation.
