~Lunch with Jessica~

The next day Lyla meets Jessica for lunch. Jessica got there early, so they are for sure to get a seat.

A few minutes goes by and Lyla comes walking in.

"Lyla", said Jessica. She got up and gave Lyla a hug.

After a little while, they were done meeting around by making small talk and getting down to the reason, why they were meeting for lunch.

"So", Jessica started. "I want to meet here, because I wanted to apologize, I have no right to say what you should do with your life. If you are happy, then I'm happy for you", She said.

"Well, I'm glad".

"So, how is working with that woman"?

"Fine, she is great", Lyla said.

Jessica just sat there and smiled. She didn't want to say what she really thought. So, she decided to talk about something else.

"So. Have you decided anything about your wedding"?

"No", Lyla said. "We have just been so busy, you know, Seth has his job and I have just started a new one".

"Well, if you need any help, let me know. I'll be happy to help you".

Lyla just smiled at her, without saying anything, but secretly deciding not to let Jessica help her plan the wedding.

After lunch, Jessica went back home. Lyla goes back to work on that mansion with Priscilla, carrying four 26 oz. coffee cups for them.
