I joined their bus to their university. Good thing that it's only two train stops so I'll be able to go back home by train. And the bus didn't smell too. I was expecting the bus to be a bit smelly since there are guys drenched in sweats inside, but in actuality, it's actually quite odorless, instead of being smelly. I sit beside Tobio, between him and the glass window. The sun was setting and it's really beautiful.

"Even after all these years, sunset still makes you awe, huh?". I turned to face Tobio, then realizing that the others are staring at me too. Those stares really make me uncomfortable, not that it wasn't scary enough on top of that. Tobio realized my state and glared at me.

He then said "Why are you so afraid of their stares? It's not like you're naked". This statement threw me off-guard and also earning Tobio a 'soft-slap' on his head from behind us. It was a guy with round eyes and grey hair. Then, the guy realized what he did, looked at me and said "I know he's your best friend but yeah, he's still learning about common courtesies. I'm sorry..." I just snorted and looked at the grey-haired guy, "It's okay, he's been lacking in that aspect since we're kids. But, I really didn't expect it to be this worse. Although he has a good face, his social skills are trash... Incombustible trash, in fact.

A blonde guy suddenly laughed and speak to me. He was cackling all the while trying to talk to me, "Well, King of the Court don't really talk with peasants, that's why...hahaha"

Tobio looked pissed. I just looked at the blonde beanpole, not because I was mad, but because I want to know the reason for the name. I've been lost in contact with Tobio I practically didn't know what happened to him all these years. "Heh, really? Well, then I'll be making a list of questions to ask you later Tobio. So be prepared." I leaned my head to Tobio's chest and settle down before the grey-haired guy started a conversation with me.

"So, you're Tobio's childhood friends, right? Why don't you tell us more about Kageyama? Since he won't tell us anything. Haha, by the way, the name's Sugawara. You can just call me Suga. He flashed me a smile, making me all the more happy to share Tobio's childhood memories before he pulled me. "Y/n, you're not telling them anything or I'll throw you off this bus" He was so afraid of me telling his cute stories from childhood.

"I will tell them and you won't throw me off the bus." I glared at him. He let me go, and I settled down on the seat again. As I was about to start the story, suddenly Suga stopped me. "Before you said anything, you should know all of us. Since you already introduce yourself." Suga then told the others to introduce themselves.

...

It was fun being with Tobio's teammates. Some are soft buns, some are an eccentric ball of hyperactive beings, some are just your normal human, but somehow still deviates a bit from the typical 'normal'. It was already a bit too late, but I have to go back since tomorrow I have an afternoon shift at the coffee shop. Just then, Tanaka, the loud baldie asked me. "Hey, (Y/n). Why don't you stay with us tonight? If you try to catch the last train now, you have to at least run for another 10 minutes."

"Oh shit. I know I'm late, but not this late. But thanks, I have an afternoon shift at the cafe tomorrow so I have to catch this train. Besides, my cat might be already dying now." I sweatdropped while the others just laughed at my expression. "Well, until then. Goodbye. I'll see you guys when I can. Need to start running now."

"Oi, wait... and she's gone. As fast as always." Tobio just smiled at the silhouette of his childhood friend, taking off to somehow board her train back home. "Oh, it's rare to see you smiling because of someone else. A female, on top of that. Are we missing something??" Suga chirped from behind him, while the others just smiled mischievously, also fixated at Tobio. It really is a rare occasion for Tobio to smile, even a bit for things not related to his obsession with volleyball.

Tobio just lifted his view, to watch the moon. Glistening and shining like clear glass, reflecting the light, "She's a nice person to have by your side, that's for sure".

...

I finally arrived at my home, around 11 o'clock. The road was quiet, the moon shining so bright. It's breathtaking yet I don't think I should take my time pleasuring a walk home. Instead, I jogged so I can at least arrive a bit faster. Due to this, I smell like sweaty shit. So, I took the liberty to go shower and directly crash onto the bed with my hair half-dried. While trying to fall asleep, I went through the events today, from the volleyball match to meeting Tobio. It was worthwhile, being able to see him again. I even got myself to workout after a while. Toss and turn, it's time for some shuteye.

The next morning came in fast, and went by fast too. By the time I'd actually care about the day, it's about time to go for my part-time job

"Y/n, please refill the cakes and cookies since there's no one to serve yet..."The manager caught my attention. I guess he realized that I was staring blankly at the cashier machine. "Ah, yes..." I went to the kitchen to take the extra cakes and cookies to arrange on the shelf. It was mostly cookies so it's not really heavy. I was almost done with the desserts when a somehow familiar face showed up at the counter. "Please wait a moment." I smiled at the guy and dusted myself while walking to the counter. "Good morning, can I take your order?" He wore a light peach shirt with black jeans, paired with his shocked expression. It was a good thing that he was the only one on the line, I don't have to worry about him holding the line.

"Oi Makki, we're waiting you know..." a guy shouted from a table not far from me and this Makki guy. He then snapped back to reality, I just smiled at him, "your order, sir?"

"Ah sorry. Two iced Espresso, one Caramel Macchiato, iced, and one iced Americano. A dozen of cream puff, and four chocolate cookies." He kept on looking at me until I asked "Is it to-go?" and he returned back. "No." "Okay, I will send it to your table. It will be 25 dollars." He took out his money, paid, took the receipt and walked to the table.

8 minutes later, I was going to their table when I saw them busy talking in a hushed tone. When this Makki guy saw me, he quickly shut himself and the others up. "Sorry for the wait. Caramel Macchiato, Americano, two Espresso, all iced. Dozen of cream puff, and chocolate cookies, four", I said while putting down each of the said drinks and desserts.

"Thanks", one of the guys chirped at me while flashing his smile at me. It was the one with an extremely familiar face. I knew I saw him somewhere, I just don't know where. I took a look at each of their faces. All of them are familiar faces, especially the one with the flashing smile, and the deep scowl. I really don't remember where I saw them until the guy with the scowl on his face slapped the smiley guy. "It hurts, Iwa-chan!" "Stop flashing a smile at everyone, it creeps people out, Bakakawa!" The other two guys just laughed. I was in a state of diving into my memory when the manager called me.

"Y/n, the counter. There are customers here", the manager called out for me.

"I'm sorry for bothering you. Please enjoy the drinks and desserts." I then fast-walked back to the counter to serve the customers. I just focused back on my work, not realizing that a certain guy had called out a waiter serving another customer.

"I'm sorry, but do you know what's that waitress favourite drink? Oh, and please give this with her coffee."
