Let's have some fun

Days passed by like a lightning. Iwaizumi and (Y/n) spend their day separately, only meeting during breakfast and dinner if she's not working. There would be times where they bumped into each other at the campus, but only exchanging simple greetings at most.

Friday soon came, and (Y/n) came back home with plastic bags. Iwaizumi and his friends are at the living room, mostly talking among themselves when they heard the door opened, and shut shortly after.

(Y/n) revealed herself carrying the bags, then proceeds to the kitchen while mumbling "I'm home" weakly. Mattsun made a beeline to the kitchen, following her.

"Why are you buying like a panic buyer? This amount is not something to be carried home alone, you know... too much for two person, even" Mattsun said, suddenly popped himself behind her and took a peak at every bag. I continued to arrange the things starting from foods. "Well, I'm not really the type to buy things one-by-one..." I said while arranging the milk on the fridge. Soon, all four of them are in the kitchen and watched as I rummage through the ingredients. Iwaizumi then took one of the bags and started to arrange them in a higher cabinet. "You do realize that I can also do the shopping, right?"

"...Ahhh. Well, I've bought enough for now so you can buy for next time" I said while forcing a smile.

"... Your face says it all. You forgot the very rule that you set yourself." He said, looking at me. I just make a face towards him, then looked at Bucky. He got himself into one of the plastics while we're focused on arranging on the cabinet. "Whatever, now I remember so just buy for the next one..." I said and continued on taking the food out of the plastic bags. "Okay, fine" he replied while taking Bucky out of the plastic, then arranging the food where they belonged.

Behind them, was the three stooges. They just watched the two people in front of them working in sync while the cat played with the bags again.

"They looked good, I can watch them all day. With chips" Oikawa whispered to the other two.

Soon after, it was only Iwaizumi and (Y/n) at the house. Bucky was nowhere to be found. Fresh and tired, (Y/n) went to the kitchen to get some milk and stopped when she noticed that her flower was a bit bent-down. She quickly watered the plant and drank her milk afterwards, not realizing that Iwaizumi was in the kitchen too.

"Someone gave it to you?" He asked, taking the girl by surprise. She saw Iwaizumi with a glass of water, standing on the other side of the kitchen. "Nah, I bought it." She answered, and tossed the box of milk in the trashcan. "I just felt like buying it, when I passed through a flower shop months ago. I wanted to see it bloom... and eat its seeds" she beamed at him.

"Then, you'll have to move it from its pot. Then, it'll grow bigger..." He said. The girl made a face, answering "Too lazy, and it's still small. I'll do it next time... Good night~" and made a dash to her room. That leaves the guy alone in the kitchen with the flower. Taking a look at the flower, he mumbled "That means, I have another living thing to take care..." He then jogged to his room, and sink on the bed, when a furball came to his feet while resting its head on his feet.

"... You're here again, huh..." He said and proceeds to sleep, ignoring the furball even when it went to sleep on his stomach.

The next day

I woke up to the sound of soft-yet-rapid footsteps on the stairs and the short corridor outside the room. And it's only 7 a.m. and it's this noisy already. Begrudgingly, I dragged myself from the bed, and descended the stairs to the living room. As I stepped down from the stairs, a small frame crashed to my legs. Instead of falling, the body actually attached its arms around my leg.
