Kisaku took Y/n's words to heart even though he had been nearly dismissive of them before. When someone convicted of several murders told you to be careful... Well, Kisaku figured it would be in his best interest to be as covert as possible when dealing with (S/b). Which meant he was searching for unsuspicious alternatives to getting in contact with the (man/woman).
And it turned out to be a whole lot easier than Kisaku thought it was going to be. Apparently, (S/b) had filed around a hundred applications for visitation to see Y/n. However, they had all been denied by one orderly: Daichi.
Now, the doctor was on the hunt for the orderly, wanting to not only ask him why the visitation application had been denied, but also to ask if the man had ever met (S/b) face to face.
However, so far Kisaku was having no luck finding the man. He stopped Dr. Sayori on her way out of Ward C.
"You wouldn't happen to know where Daichi is? I need to ask him something."
The woman gave Kisaku a surprised look, "You didn't hear?"
"Hear?" he questioned with a raised brow. "I didn't 'hear' anything. Is he not on shift today?"
She shook her head briskly, "He's not on shift today and he'll never be 'on shift' again." She rubbed her brow, "He resigned last week."
"Resigned? Why?"
She just shrugged, "Who knows? He probably found a better job somewhere far away from here." She laughed as if it was a joke before she continued about her business.
Kisaku watched her leave, reluctantly agreeing with her, before he decided to make a beeline for his office.
He would get in touch with (S/b), overturn Daichi's decision to deny them visitation, and when (S/b) was here to visit Y/n, Kisaku would use that opportunity to subtly question them.
During the next session he had with Y/n, Kisaku never mentioned his plan. He acted as if he dropped the whole thing altogether.
Kisaku had trouble focusing though. More than the constant thought of (S/b)'s pending response, Kisaku found his eyes... straying.
To Y/n's mouth when he spoke, to the (s/c) column of throat that disappeared in the white of the boy's straightjacket, to the thought of thin — soft — fingers that were hidden... restrained...
Kisaku was startled out of it every time the urge to remove Y/n's restraints overwhelmed him.
He didn't understand these new urges.
Not. One. Bit.
Kisaku received a reply from (S/b) a few days later. They scheduled an appointment during visiting hours next week. All Kisaku had to do was keep quiet about it, play his cards close to his chest, and observe Y/n for the following seven days.
