Hoseok has been missing school for the past week, leaving Yoongi worried. So when yoongi saw Hoseok in school, arm around Athena's shoulder, he couldn't decipher anything from the scene.

He tried to call Hoseok, but only saw him look at the phone and turn it off. Yoongi clenched his fists, especially when Hoseok walked past him, brushing his shoulders against his.

"Hobi?" Yoongi called out, voice small and a bit when Hoseok turned around with a frown. Hoseok huffed annoyingly, turning around to Athena and her posey, whispering something in their ear before kissing Athena goodbye.

Yoongi furrowed his brows, rolling his tongue against the inside of his cheek, disliking everything going down.

"What?" Hoseok asked dryly, eyebrow raised in question at the older. Yoongi held back the urge to slap the boy for acting rude.

"What? That's all you have to say?" Yoongi chuckled lowly. "So you leave me in the middle of the night with no explanation, don't even come to school for a week, and you have the audacity to ask me what?" Yoongi let out a sarcastic laugh.

"Mind your damn business" Hoseok scowled. A crowd was now formed around them, witnessing everything. Yoongi shot a glare at all of them, his frown deepening.

"You asshole, I cried all those nights for you to be okay, and you come back to school acting as if nothing happened?"

"I didn't ask for you to worry" Hoseok shrugged, eyes scanning Yoongi's face, now noticing the dark circles around his eyes.

"You're right, you didn't, you can forget about whatever I said you self conceited jerk!" Yoongi pushed past him, holding back his tears. It wasn't until he reached a more secluded area did he let them fall.

And he let go. Of all the dark memories, of all the worries and of his sweetheart. Hoseok wasn't the person he used to know. He wasn't the same kid who put a plaster on Yoongi's wounds and kissed it better. He was a man that belonged to a world that Yoongi wasn't needed in.

Hoseok slammed one of the guys of the rival school against the wall. He wasn't usually this riled up during fights, but something ugly stirrer inside of him, wanting to let off some steam.

And what better way than to have a fight. He released all of his frustrations out onto the schoolboy, making sure to leave his face unharmed, as promised.

What he didn't see was another three boys sneaking up behind him. They grabbed Hoseok by the shoulders, holding him against the wall as the tables have now turned.

"You thought I was actually going to come alone? After I heard what you did to our boss and the rest?" The blonde chuckled softly, placing a staff over his shoulder blade. "That's basically suicide" he muttered darkly, whacking Hoseok in the shin. He continued doing so, until Hoseok's legs gave out. The blonde then proceeded to swing the staff at Hoseok's face.

"Hey boss, did you see that pretty boy he's been hanging around" one of the boys at the back chuckled behind him. "Heard his ass looked fuckable" Hoseok's eyes darkened at that.

"What was his name again? Min Yoongi right?" The blonde placed a finger under Hoseok's chin. Hoseok let out a low animalistic growl, coming back to his senses.

He shoved the two holding him back, a bunch of weaklings he thought with a smirk. Cracking his knuckles and walking forward with a sinister smile.

"Hey I was just joking, you understand right-" Hoseok punched him right in the jaw, about to go for another punch.

"Hoseok! Get here right now!" Yoongi's voice boomed from a distance. Hoseok was about to go in for another punch. "Right now, or I'll never talk to you again" Yoongi said sternly.

Hoseok huffed annoyed, shoving the boy away before walking towards yoongi.

"Look at me" Yoongi said softly, yet he still held authority in his voice. Hoseok raised his gaze, catching Yoongi's disappointed eyes. "Your cheek is bruised, come with me" Yoongi said bluntly, void of any emotion.

Hoseok followed him like a lost puppy, being sure to keep a safe distance away from the older. After ten minutes they ended up at Yoongi's doorstep.

"Take your shoes off and put these on" Yoongi said, placing his own slippers on before going to greet his parents. "I'm home! I brought hobi- I mean Hoseok with me". Hoseok could hear the hesitation in the boys voice.

"Hoseok-ah? How have you been?" Mrs Min wiped her hands and pulled Hoseok into a hug. Yoongi rolled his eyes and walked up stairs. "Why is he grumpy?" She asked Hoseok who just shrugged and followed him.

"Sit down on the bed" Yoongi said, going into the bathroom to get the first aid kit. Hoseok sat down softly, immediately feeling at home. "Don't touch that" Yoongi said with a scowl, snatching the small kumamon plushy out of Hoseok's hand and placed it back by his pillow.

"Yoongi please look at me" Hoseok's whispered, noticing how yoongi avoided his gaze every time he mended to his wounds. "Please" his voice was weak. Yoongi sighed, looking into Hoseok's eyes.

"What? You said what you needed to say?" Yoongi said pointedly, going back to his business. Hoseok frowned, grasping Yoongi's wrist and pulling him forward. Their breaths mingled, eyes casting to each others lips. "Stop, I need time" Yoongi said when he saw Hoseok leaning in.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean what I said" Hoseok whispered, releasing Yoongi's wrist. The older sent him a blunt stare, holding back the urge to roll his eyes.

"But I did" Yoongi plastered the wounds before getting up and packing everything away. Hoseok wrapped his arms around the older's waist, feeling him freeze from the gesture.

"I think it's best if you leave, wouldn't want your girlfriend to be upset now would we?" Yoongi turned around in his arms. What surprised Hoseok the most was the small peck left on his cheek.

"I need time" was all Yoongi said before ushering Hoseok out of his room. The red head sighed softly, leaving soon after without a word.
