I'm Peeta Mellark and I should be dead why am I not dead?. After the interview all I can remember is peacekeepers beating me up and me asking myself why haven't I convince Snow and the people there's no such thing as an uprising or rebels trying to fight the capitol?. I can't feel my legs its freezing cold in this awful cell. My veins feel like they're about to explode and I just want to get out of here. I'm still wondering why am I not dead.. I should be dead. My ribs I think they're broken if not injured very badly. I spit blood and I can barely move myself.

The top of my lip is broken I'm starving but the only thing I can taste is the dry blood inside my mouth. I hear multiple screams down the hall, some girl screaming but I can't recall.

"LEAVE ME ALONE YOU PIECE OF SHIT" she yelled and yelled. Moments later they are bringing her in a hospital bed, bald and I know recognize her face.

"JOHANNA?" I yell at her but no response. She must've passed out after all that beating. Her arms are black to the tip of her feet. I try to stand up to get a better view but don't succeed. I lean back against the wall trying to escape this nightmare but I'm not going to let Snow hurt Katniss she didn't deserve it.

"Peeta?" I hear Johanna speak weakly.

"Johanna!" I get near her cell and see her weakly smiling. "Are ok? gosh you're bald.." she touches her hair and begins to scream with her hands around her head.

"FUCK YOU, SNOW YOU CAN HURT ME ALL YOU WANT, BUT WAR HAS ALREADY STARTED" Johanna yelled and laughed at the end. I guess apparently she was aware of the whole plan after all.

"Johanna this was all a plan? Are the rebels really uprising?" I ask her concerned.

"Of course bread boy" she sniffs "The plan was to get you and katniss out but they left us behind.. here to die" she leans back and plays with her feet.

"Johanna we must to something before they kill us, they will unless we do as I president Snow says"

"Peeta they are manipulating you and you don't see it, either way Snow will do his best to try and kill Katniss, she was part of a rebel plan after all and she didn't know it" I try to sink in all the things Johanna is telling me, it must be horrible for Katniss because she didn't want this, any of this.

After a couple of hours Johanna passes out on the cold hard floor. Every now and then peacekeepers come in with water and a piece of bread. President Snow doesn't want us to die yet but keep us alive fof his own needs. My prep team come and prepare me for a mandatory viewing message to all the districts.

Script 01-05

You will stand firm and quiet until President Snow makes his speech. There will be a very sharp knife underneath your collar for security reasons.

You will cross your arms and look neutral without gesturing or saying any word ever.

Follow the camera and look at it at the end of the speech.
