Chapter 19: Congratulation, Another Romance Blooms

Tanaka is confused, why is everyone looking at him weirdly

Even Riku nee looks like she's going to cry and Rino who seems to be murdering Oota in her mind

"Why is everyone looking at me?" Tanaka asked because he got no choice, their staring is making him awkward and uncomfortable

"Congratulation" Akane cheerfully greeted him

"???" Tanaka is still confuse

Poor baby got trick by the big meanie Oota

Somewhere nearby where none can see, a man grinned, this would be fun

Eventually, everything went down and their attentions are back to the demon King

"How did you get inside?" Riku asked and the demon chuckled

"I've been in the dark corner for a while now" Everyone who heard that beside Tanaka got all their hair standing

Since Tanaka already had someone who did it to him, he was quite used to it, knowing that someone is always watching him in the dark

"Tsk, should I call the Hero to persecute you, Demon King?"

(I definitely didn't consider putting a Hero to be a character 🤨)

"You dare?" The latter replied and Riku smirked triumphantly

"Of course"

"Then call him" The man challenged and looked seriously at Riku

Hearing the demon's agreement, Riku started to cast magic and a butterfly formed from her hands

Once the butterfly lands on the target they would receive the message instantly

After that, the butterfly vanishes and must have been on the way to the Hero

After no more than 5 minutes, a ball of light shone in front of everyone

As it dissipates, they can see a figure of a man, Akane's eyes shone mysteriously

"Hello everyone" A cheerful voice greeted everyone and his eyes searched the crowd

His eyes landed on Akane and he felt his heart skip

[Young romance (not really) my doods]

Both of them stared at each other and smiled, both captivated by each other

But Akane became sad, she read a lot of Hero from stories humans write

She read something about the heroes having a harem

Seeing the sad expression on Akane's face, he became nervous

'Did I do something wrong?' He asked himself

Seeing how the Hero is starting at his sister, Akaashi felt protective and even more so when he saw her sad face, what made his sister sad? Die!

Akaashi's face was grim and the Demon King who wasn't noticed by the Hero saw his beloved's upset expression

Akane stared at the Hero and asked timidly with a sad voice

"They said heroes have a harem...Is that true?" The Hero began to sweat and he was thankful he didn't accept the King's offer of Harem

"While it is true, I dare not accept the offer of a harem" the Hero answered truthfully and noticed that Akane's mood extensively improved

Akane was happy that this handsome cheerful formal gentleman has a great consideration and dares not take multiple wives at the same time

"What is your name?" The hero asked

"I'm Akane" Cheerfully, Akane gave out her names, seeing Akane so cheerful, Akaashi felt a wave of danger

It seems like her sister is pulling away and moving closer to the man

"How about you?" Akane asked while they were introducing each other, the others' attention was still stuck at the Demon

While Akaashi is dead set on the Hero

"I'm Yuri" The Hero named Yuri replied and extended his hand for a shake

Seeing the extended hand of Yuri, Akane did the same and shook hands with Yuri

Cough

Seeing them stuck in their own world, Riku had to cough and remind them of what's going on

"Oh, yes, the Demon King" Yuri said as he remembered his purpose here in the first place

He looked at the door and saw the devil, he smiled

"Nice to me you, Demon King, I'm the 27th of the heroes generation" Yuri introduced himself

"Yes, I'm the 36th of the Demon King's Generation

"I say, your name must be Rai?" Yuri said questioning

"Yes, and you must be Yuri" Rai said in which Yuri nods at

"You haven't really disturbed the humans so I have no idea how you offended these officials" Yuri said truthfully

"To tell you the truth, I've been hiding in the dark watching my beloved after I found him"

"Beloved?" Yuri blurted out accidentally and Rai pointed his gaze at Akaashi

Yuri noticed Rai's gaze and followed it and there he saw Akane

Wait no, that's not Akane, it was Akaashi and clearly not a woman

"Akane's brother?" Yuri asked Rai

"Yes, they look the same other than certain things but they have different personalities" Rai answered

"Oh look, it seems you offended your brother-in-law" Rai pointed out, Yuri already noticed the murderous gaze in Akaashi's gaze

He was confused about why Akaashi seems to be craving for his demise

But soon understood, it was because he took a liking to Akane and she, obviously, has a thing for him too

'Brother-in-law...please, give me a chance' Yuri grieved silently

As if he was struck by lightning, he looked at Rai as he realized

"BROTHER-IN-LAW IS YOUR BELOVED?!?!" Yuri asked the man beside him

"Well, yes" Rai nodded agreeing but not really sure since Akaashi is really opposed to it but he's still Rai's

Rai grinned mischievously and Akaashi glared at Rai, to which the latter responded with a grin

Riku and Rino are both depressed that everything around them is full of love

Unfortunately, both of them are too ignorant to notice others' longing toward them

And so I got another chapter for you guys which makes more sense now lol, and we have a new character and romance 🤣🤣
