Draco was absentminded throughout the next thirty minutes and Astoria noticed.
She knew why it was, but didn't speak up, Simply because she didn't care.
She knew Draco held feelings for the scar headed boy. She only was with Draco because of the name Malfoy. He was a pure blood and it drove her mother crazy when she pretended to love him. Draco was using her as well, after all.
They both knew and were comfortable with it.
As one good old man said, comfort is sometimes the better choice.
McGonagall stole a dance with Ron again and Fred and George were never letting that go either. They were chuckling and laughing so hard it was probably heard by the next city.
Molly and Mr. Weasley were dancing with such grace, it was almost unforgivable how beautiful the couple looked. They truly were having fun.
Harry and Ginny were waltzing together gracefully as well. They were going all around the dance floor, in between couples, lost in their own world.
Draco was holding his girlfriend by the waist, going to Leonore and Severus to congratulate them.
,,Congratulations, god father. Leonore." Draco kept his manners and kissed Leonore's hand.
,,Thank you, Draco. You look so handsome. Who might you be, dear?" Leonore asked.
,,My name is Astoria Greengrass. Pleasure to meet you, Professor Insolitus. I didn't take your class this year for various reasons, that's why we haven't met. But I'll take it next year." Astoria smiled, her arm wrapped around Draco's.
,,I'll look forward to it, Astoria." Leonore said and excused herself and Severus since they have to make a speech.
